Claims (9)
- 벨트 길이방향으로 이어짐과 동시에 벨트 폭방향으로 피치를 갖는 나선을 형성하도록 배치된 심선이 매설된 심선 유지층과, 이 심선 유지층의 벨트 내주측에 형성된 풀리 접촉부인 내측 고무층을 갖는 평 벨트에 있어서,
상기 심선 유지층은, 베이스 고무가 에틸렌 프로필렌 디엔 모노머 고무(EPDM)이고, 베이스 고무 100질량부에 대한 배합량이 2~10질량부이며 벨트 폭방향으로 배향되도록 분산해서 배치된 섬유 길이가 0.5~5mm인 파라 아라미드 단섬유, 메타 아라미드 단섬유, 비닐론 단섬유, 면 단섬유, 또는 나일론 단섬유를 포함하는 유기과산화물로 가교된 고무 조성물로 형성되는 한편,
상기 내측 고무층은 단섬유를 포함하지 않는 고무 조성물로 형성되고,
또한, 상기 심선 유지층은 단섬유를 포함하는 미가류 고무 상에 상기 심선이 될 연사가 마련되고, 그 위에 단섬유를 포함하는 다른 미가류 고무가 마련되고, 그리고 그들 미가류 고무의 가교 반응이 진행되어서 형성되는 평 벨트. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
용도가 송풍기, 압축기 혹은 발전기의 구동 전달용도 또는 반송용도인 평 벨트. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 심선 유지층의 벨트 외주측에 배치되며 단섬유를 포함하지 않는 고무 조성물로 형성된 외측 고무층을 추가로 갖는 평 벨트. - 삭제

- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 내측 고무층을 형성하는 고무 조성물은 상기 심선 유지층을 형성하는 고무 조성물과 동일하되, 단섬유를 포함하지 않는 평 벨트. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 외측 고무층을 형성하는 고무 조성물은 상기 심선 유지층을 형성하는 고무 조성물과 동일하되, 단섬유를 포함하지 않는 평 벨트. - 삭제
