Claims (2)
- 유체의 누설을 검출하는 누설 검출 장치로서, 센서 유지체와, 누설 검출 대상 부재에 설치되어 누설 검출 대상 부재 내의 밀봉 부분과 외부를 연통시키는 리크 포트에 대향하도록 센서 유지체에 유지되는 초음파 센서와, 초음파 센서의 센서면과 리크 포트 사이에 형성되는 초음파 통로와, 초음파 센서로 얻어지는 초음파를 처리하는 처리 회로를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 누설 검출 장치.
- 유체의 흐름을 제어하는 유체 제어기 본체와, 유체 제어기 본체 내의 유체의 누설을 검출하는 누설 검출 장치를 포함하고, 유체 제어기 본체에, 유체 제어기 본체 내의 밀봉 부분과 외부를 연통시키는 리크 포트가 형성되어 있으며, 상기 누설 검출 장치는 제1항에 기재된 누설 검출 장치인 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 제어기.
