Claims (5)
- 기판의 표면에 잉크를 인쇄하는 인쇄부를 구비하는 인쇄장치이며,
상기 인쇄부는 제 1 도전성재료를 포함한 제 1 도전성 잉크를 오프셋 인쇄로 인쇄하고, 상기 제 1 도전성 잉크 상에, 상기 제 1 도전성재료와 상이한 제 2 도전성재료를 포함한 제 2 도전성 잉크를 오프셋 인쇄로 인쇄하는, 인쇄장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 기판을 반송하는 컨베이어를 추가로 구비하는, 인쇄장치. - 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 인쇄부는,
상기 제 1 도전성 잉크를 인쇄하는 제 1 인쇄기와,
