Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- 시안 화합물을 함유하는 시안 함유 배수에 염소원을 첨가하여 시안 화합물을 분해하는 시안 함유 배수의 처리 방법에 있어서,
그 시안 함유 배수가 암모늄 이온 및 유기물을 함유하고 있고,
그 시안 함유 배수의 pH 를 11 이상으로 하고, 시안 화합물 분해 반응 후에 있어서도 유리 잔류 염소 농도가 0.1 ㎎/ℓ이상이 되도록 상기 염소원을 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시안 함유 배수의 처리 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 시안 함유 배수에, 추가로 포스폰산계 스케일 방지제를 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시안 함유 배수의 처리 방법. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 포스폰산계 스케일 방지제가 1-하이드록시에틸리덴-1,1-디포스폰산, 2-포스포노부탄-1,2,4-트리카르복실산, 및 그들의 염에서 선택되는 적어도 1 종인 것을 특징으로 하는 시안 함유 배수의 처리 방법. - 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 알칼리원과 상기 스케일 방지제를 혼합하여 1 액화하여 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시안 함유 배수의 처리 방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 유리 잔류 염소 농도가 0.1 ∼ 1 ㎎/ℓ가 되도록 상기 염소원을 첨가 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시안 함유 배수의 처리 방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 시안 함유 배수에 알칼리제를 첨가하고 pH 를 11 ∼ 12.5 로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시안 함유 배수의 처리 방법. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 시안 화합물 분해 반응 후에 있어서의 pH 가 11 이상이 되도록 상기 알칼리제를 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시안 함유 배수의 처리 방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 시안 함유 배수의 용해성 철의 농도가 0.4 ㎎/ℓ이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 시안 함유 배수의 처리 방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
시안 함유 배수의 수온을 40 ℃ 이상으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시안 함유 배수의 처리 방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 염소원이 차아염소산나트륨, 염소 및 표백분의 적어도 1 종인 것을 특징으로 하는 시안 함유 배수의 처리 방법.
