Claims (1)
- 알칼리 염소법에 의한 중금속 함유 시안폐수의 전처리 방법으로서, 밀폐구조의 반응조에 유입된 원폐수에 황산을 투입하여 pH 1.0 - 3.0으로 유지시킨 가운데 10 - 30 분간 폐수중의 시안 및 중금속과 황산간의 반응이 수행되도록 하는 단계와, 반응조를 거친 폐수를 밀폐구조의 폭기조로 이동시켜 반응 생성물의 응집 및 침전이 이루어지도록 하는 단계와, 상기 반응조와 폭기조에서 발생되는 HCN 가스는 자동배기장치를 통해 NaOH 수용액으로 흡수되어 도금용액으로서의 NaCN + H₂O로 회수되도록 하는 단계와, 필터 프레스를 이용하여 폭기조에 침전된 고형성분과 여액을 분리하는 단계 및 pH조정조에서 분리된 여액에 NaOH를 투입하여 pH 12이상이 되도록 조정하는 단계로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 중금속 함유 시안폐수의 전처리 방법.
