Claims (2)
- 건설 기계이며,
하부 주행체와,
상기 하부 주행체 상에 선회 가능하게 탑재된 상부 선회체와,
유압 모터로 이루어지고, 상기 상부 선회체를 선회 구동하는 선회 모터와,
상기 선회 모터를 작동시키기 위한 작동유를 토출하는 유압 펌프와,
상기 선회 모터에 대한 상기 작동유의 급배를 제어하도록 작동하는 컨트롤 밸브와,
이 컨트롤 밸브에 대한 조작을 받아, 그 조작에 따라서 당해 컨트롤 밸브를 작동시키는 선회 조작 장치와,
상기 선회 조작 장치가 상기 상부 선회체의 선회를 정지시키기 위한 중립 복귀 조작을 받는 것에 기초하여 상기 선회 모터에 브레이크력을 가하여 상기 상부 선회체를 기계적으로 정지시키고, 또한 정지 상태로 유지하도록 작동하는 선회 브레이크와,
상기 상부 선회체의 선회 속도를 검출하여 선회 속도 신호를 출력하는 선회 속도 센서와,
상기 선회 조작 장치가 받는 조작을 검출하여 선회 조작 신호를 출력하는 선회 조작 검출기와,
상기 선회 속도 센서 및 상기 선회 조작 검출기로부터의 신호가 입력되는 컨트롤러를 구비하고, 상기 컨트롤러는, (i) 상기 선회 조작 장치가 상기 상부 선회체를 선회시키기 위한 선회 조작을 받고 있는 동안, 상기 선회 속도 센서에 의해 검출되는 선회 속도를 설정된 시간 간격으로 기억하고, (ii) 상기 선회 조작 수단의 중립 복귀 조작에 기초하여 상기 선회 브레이크를 작동시키고, (iii) 상기 선회 브레이크의 작동시에 있어서의 상기 선회 속도의 기억값을 0으로 리셋하는, 건설 기계. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 컨트롤 밸브와 상기 선회 모터의 한 쌍의 포트를 각각 연결하는 한 쌍의 모터 관로와, 이들 모터 관로와 탱크 사이에 각각 설치되는 릴리프 밸브를 더 구비하고, 상기 컨트롤 밸브는, 상기 선회 조작 장치의 중립 복귀에 수반하여 중립 위치에 세트되고, 이 중립 위치에서는 상기 유압 펌프로부터 상기 선회 모터에의 작동유의 공급을 정지시키고, 상기 릴리프 밸브는 상기 컨트롤 밸브가 중립 위치에 세트됨으로써 개방되어 유압 브레이크를 작용시키도록 릴리프 작동하고, 상기 컨트롤러는, 상기 선회 조작 장치가 중립 복귀되고 나서 설정 시간이 경과한 후에 상기 선회 브레이크를 작동시키기 위한 브레이크 작동 지령을 행하고, 이 브레이크 작동 지령 시점에 있어서의 상기 선회 속도의 기억값을 0으로 리셋하는, 건설 기계.
