Description
図1に、本発明の第1実施形態に係る建設機械の油圧システム1Aを示し、図2に、その油圧システム1Aが搭載された建設機械10を示す。図2に示す建設機械10は油圧ショベルであるが、本発明は油圧クレーンなどの他の建設機械にも適用可能である。
次に、図6および図7を参照して、本発明の第2実施形態に係る油圧システムを説明する。本実施形態の油圧システムが第1実施形態の油圧システムと異なるのは、第1電磁比例弁6aおよび第2電磁比例弁6bの制御のみである。すなわち、本実施形態の油圧システムの構成は、図1に示す通りである。
本発明は上述した実施形態に限定されるものではなく、本発明の要旨を逸脱しない範囲で種々の変形が可能である。
以上のように、本発明の建設機械の油圧システムは、旋回モータと、圧油が供給されたときに、前記旋回モータの出力軸の回転を禁止するブレーキ状態から前記出力軸の回転を許容するブレーキ解除状態に切り換えられるメカニカルブレーキと、主ポンプと前記旋回モータとの間に介在する、第1旋回操作用の第1パイロットポートおよび第2旋回操作用の第2パイロットポートを有する旋回制御弁と、第1パイロットラインにより前記第1パイロットポートと接続された第1電磁比例弁と、第2パイロットラインにより前記第2パイロットポートと接続された第2電磁比例弁と、一次圧ラインにより前記第1電磁比例弁および前記第2電磁比例弁と接続された副ポンプと、前記副ポンプと前記メカニカルブレーキとの間に介在する切換弁であって、切換パイロットラインにより前記第1パイロットラインと接続されたパイロットポートを有し、このパイロットポートに導かれるパイロット圧が設定値以上となったときに閉位置から開位置に切り換わる切換弁と、を備える、ことを特徴とする。

Claims (5)
- 旋回モータと、
圧油が供給されたときに、前記旋回モータの出力軸の回転を禁止するブレーキ状態から前記出力軸の回転を許容するブレーキ解除状態に切り換えられるメカニカルブレーキと、
主ポンプと前記旋回モータとの間に介在する、第1旋回操作用の第1パイロットポートおよび第2旋回操作用の第2パイロットポートを有する旋回制御弁と、
第1パイロットラインにより前記第1パイロットポートと接続された第1電磁比例弁と、
第2パイロットラインにより前記第2パイロットポートと接続された第2電磁比例弁と、
一次圧ラインにより前記第1電磁比例弁および前記第2電磁比例弁と接続された副ポンプと、
前記副ポンプと前記メカニカルブレーキとの間に介在する切換弁であって、切換パイロットラインにより前記第1パイロットラインと接続されたパイロットポートを有し、このパイロットポートに導かれるパイロット圧が設定値以上となったときに閉位置から開位置に切り換わる切換弁と、
前記第1旋回操作を受けたときにその操作量に応じた第1旋回電気信号を出力し、前記第2旋回操作を受けたときにその操作量に応じた第2旋回電気信号を出力する旋回操作装置と、
前記第1旋回電気信号および前記第2旋回電気信号に基づいて前記第1電磁比例弁および前記第2電磁比例弁を制御する制御装置と、をさらに備え、
前記制御装置は、前記第1旋回操作と前記第2旋回操作のどちらが行われたときでも前記第1電磁比例弁が前記設定値以上の二次圧を出力するように、前記第1電磁比例弁を制御する、建設機械の油圧システム。 - 前記制御装置は、前記第1旋回操作と前記第2旋回操作のどちらが行われたときでも前記第1電磁比例弁および前記第2電磁比例弁の双方が前記設定値以上の二次圧を出力するように、前記第1電磁比例弁および前記第2電磁比例弁を制御する、請求項1に記載の建設機械の油圧システム。
- 前記建設機械は、自走式の油圧ショベルであり、
前記制御装置は、ブーム操作、アーム操作およびバケット操作のいずれかが行われたときに、前記第1電磁比例弁が前記設定値以上の二次圧を出力するように、前記第1電磁比例弁を制御する、請求項1に記載の建設機械の油圧システム。 - 前記建設機械は、自走式の油圧ショベルであり、
前記制御装置は、ブーム操作、アーム操作およびバケット操作のいずれかが行われたときに、前記第1電磁比例弁および前記第2電磁比例弁の双方が前記設定値以上の二次圧を出力するように、前記第1電磁比例弁および前記第2電磁比例弁を制御する、請求項2に記載の建設機械の油圧システム。 - 前記切換弁のパイロットポートは、前記切換パイロットラインにより、前記第1パイロットラインだけでなく前記第2パイロットラインにも接続されており、
前記切換パイロットラインは、前記第1電磁比例弁の二次圧と前記第2電磁比例弁の二次圧のうちの高い方を前記切換弁のパイロットポートへ導くように構成されている、請求項1~4の何れか一項に記載の建設機械の油圧システム。
