Abstract
【解決手段】旋回モータ8によって上部旋回体を旋回駆動し、旋回操作手段としてのリモコン弁11が旋回操作されている間、コントローラ17において、旋回速度センサ27によって検出される旋回速度を設定された時間間隔で記憶し、リモコン弁11の中立復帰から設定時間経過後に旋回ブレーキ12を作動させるとともに、このブレーキ作動指令の出力時点における旋回速度の記憶値を0と認識し設定するように構成した。

Description
(i) 上記旋回操作手段が旋回操作されている間、上記旋回速度センサによって検出される旋回速度を設定された時間間隔で記憶し、
(ii) 上記旋回操作手段の中立復帰に基づいて上記旋回ブレーキを作動させ、
(iii) 上記旋回ブレーキの作動時における上記旋回速度の記憶値を0と認識する
ように構成したものである。

Claims (2)
- 下部走行体と、この下部走行体上に搭載された上部旋回体と、この上部旋回体の旋回駆動源としての旋回モータと、この旋回モータの油圧源としての油圧ポンプと、上記旋回モータに対する油の給排を制御するコントロールバルブと、このコントロールバルブを切換操作する旋回操作手段と、上記旋回操作手段の中立復帰に基づき上記旋回モータにブレーキ力を加えて上記上部旋回体を機械的に停止させかつ停止状態に保持する旋回ブレーキと、上記上部旋回体の旋回速度を検出する旋回速度センサと、上記旋回操作手段の操作を検出する旋回操作検出手段と、上記旋回速度センサ及び上記旋回操作検出手段からの信号が入力される制御手段とを備え、上記制御手段は、
(i) 上記旋回操作手段が旋回操作されている間、上記旋回速度センサによって検出される旋回速度を設定された時間間隔で記憶し、
(ii) 上記旋回操作手段の中立復帰に基づいて上記旋回ブレーキを作動させ、
(iii) 上記旋回ブレーキの作動時における上記旋回速度の記憶値を0と認識する
ように構成したことを特徴とする建設機械。 - 上記コントロールバルブと上記旋回モータとを結ぶモータ両側管路間にブレーキ弁としてのリリーフ弁を設け、上記旋回操作手段の中立復帰による上記コントロールバルブの中立状態で上記油圧ポンプから上記旋回モータへの油の供給を停止するとともに、リリーフ弁のリリーフ作動によって油圧ブレーキを働かせるように構成し、上記制御手段は、上記旋回操作手段が中立復帰してから設定時間経過後に上記旋回ブレーキに作動指令を出力し、このブレーキ作動指令の出力時点における上記旋回速度の記憶値を0と認識するように構成したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の建設機械。
