Claims (12)
- 질량% 로
C : 0.10 % 이상 0.59 % 이하,
Si : 3.0 % 이하,
Mn : 0.5 % 이상 3.0 % 이하,
P : 0.1 % 이하,
S : 0.07 % 이하,
Al : 3.0 % 이하 및
N : 0.010 % 이하
를 함유하고, 또한[Si %]+[Al %]([X %]는 원소 X 의 질량%) 가 0.7 % 이상을 만족하고, 잔부는 Fe 및 불가피 불순물의 조성으로 이루어지고,
강판조직으로서
마텐자이트의 면적률이 강판조직 전체에 대한 면적률로 5 % 이상 70 % 이하,
잔류 오스테나이트량이 5 % 이상 40 % 이하,
상부 베이나이트중의 베이나이틱 페라이트의 면적률이 강판조직 전체에 대한 면적률로 5 % 이상이고, 또한
상기 마텐자이트의 면적률과 상기 잔류 오스테나이트량과 상기 베이나이틱 페라이트의 면적률의 합계가 40 % 이상으로서,
상기 마텐자이트중 25 % 이상이 템퍼링 마텐자이트이며,
폴리고날 페라이트의 강판조직 전체에 대한 면적률이 10 % 초과 50 % 미만이고, 또한 그 평균 입경이 8㎛ 이하로서,
인접하는 폴리고날 페라이트 입자로 이루어지는 한 그룹의 페라이트 입자를 폴리고날 페라이트 입자 그룹으로 했을 때, 그 평균 직경이 15 ㎛ 이하이며,
또한 상기 잔류 오스테나이트중의 평균 C 량이 0.70 질량% 이상으로서,
인장강도가 780 ㎫ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 강판. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 강판에 있어서,
상기 템퍼링 마텐자이트중에, 5 ㎚ 이상 0.5 ㎛ 이하의 철계 탄화물이 1 ㎟ 당 5 × 104 개 이상 석출되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 강판. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 강판이 추가로, 질량% 로,
Cr : 0.05 % 이상 5.0 % 이하,
V : 0.005 % 이상 1.0 % 이하 및
Mo : 0.005 % 이상 0.5 % 이하
중에서 선택된 1 종 또는 2 종 이상의 원소를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 강판. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 강판이 추가로, 질량% 로,
Ti : 0.01 % 이상 0.1 % 이하 및
Nb : 0.01 % 이상 0.1 % 이하
중에서 선택된 1 종 또는 2 종의 원소를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 강판. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 강판이 추가로, 질량% 로,
B : 0.0003 % 이상 0.0050 % 이하
를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 강판. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 강판이 추가로, 질량% 로,
Ni : 0.05 % 이상 2.0 % 이하 및
Cu : 0.05 % 이상 2.0 % 이하
중에서 선택된 1 종 또는 2 종의 원소를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 강판. - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 강판이 추가로, 질량% 로,
Ca : 0.001 % 이상 0.005 % 이하 및
REM : 0.001 % 이상 0.005 % 이하
중에서 선택된 1 종 또는 2 종의 원소를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 강판. - 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 강판이, 그 표면에, 용융 아연 도금층 또는 합금화 용융 아연 도금층을 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 강판.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 성분 조성으로 이루어지는 강편을, 열간 압연할 때에, 최종 마무리 온도를 Ar3 이상으로 하여 압연을 종료한 후, 적어도 720℃ 까지를 (1/[C %]) ℃/s 이상 ([C %]는 탄소의 질량%) 의 속도로 냉각시키고, 이어서 권취 온도 : 200 ℃ 이상 720 ℃ 이하의 조건으로 권취하여 열연강판으로 하고, 이 열연강판을 그대로, 또는 필요에 따라 냉간압연을 실시하여 냉연강판으로 한 후, 페라이트-오스테나이트 2 상역 또는 오스테나이트 단상역에서 15 초 이상 600 초 이하의 어닐링을 실시한 후, 마텐자이트 변태 개시 온도 Ms 에 대해, (Ms-150℃) 이상 Ms 미만의 제 1 온도역까지, 평균 냉각 속도 : 8℃/초 이상으로 냉각시키고, 이어서 350 ℃ 이상 490 ℃ 이하의 제 2 온도역까지 승온시켜, 그 제 2 온도역에서 5 초 이상 2000 초 이하 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 강판의 제조 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 권취 온도를 580 ℃ 이상 720 ℃ 이하의 범위로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 강판의 제조 방법. - 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 권취 온도를 360 ℃ 이상 550 ℃ 이하의 범위로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 강판의 제조 방법. - 제 9 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
적어도 상기 제 1 온도역까지의 냉각을 종료한 강판에 대해, 용융 아연 도금 처리 또는 합금화 용융 아연 도금 처리를 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 강판의 제조 방법.
