Abstract
Description
도 2는 수술 7일 후에 돼지 간에서의 생체내로 적용된 (언코일링 상태인) 프리롤형 콜라겐 담체의 외관을 제시한다(실시예 7의 기재 참조).
도 3은 줄자 옆의 투관침 내 본 발명에 따른 프리-롤형 콜라겐 담체를 도시한다(위 사진). 아래 사진은 본 발명에 따른 프리-롤형 콜라겐 담체의 길이 및 폭을 도시한다. 플리스(fleece)는 중간 크기이다(뱃치 10419312 및 10431721).
도 4는 PCT 시험 챔버 및 혈압 장치를 도시한다.
도 5는 WO 97/21383에 개시된 바와 같이 적용 부재(도면의 왼쪽 면에 제시)를 이용하여 롤링된 후에 코일링된 구조로부터 "용수철달린듯 열린" 타코실®을 도시한다. 코일링된 구조로부터 "용수철달린듯 열린" 코일링된 타코실®은 도면의 오른쪽 면에 도시한다. 코일링된 타코실®의 떨어진 코팅 조각은 도면에서 볼 수 있다.

도 10은 두 세트의 겸자를 이용하여 내부에 최소량의 공기가 든 살균 플라스틱 백으로부터 꺼낸, 예를 들면 기관 또는 조직의 캐비티 또는 홀 내부에서, 예컨대 폐 수술에서 적용되는 (언코일링 상태인) 코일링된 콜라겐 담체를 도시한다.
도 11은 본 발명에 따른 코일링된 콜라겐 담체를 제공하기 위한 장치의 바람직한 실시양태를 도식적으로 개시한다.

Claims (60)
- (i) 콜라겐층 및 (ii) 피브리노겐 및 트롬빈을 포함하는 코팅층을 포함하는 콜라겐 담체를 코일링하는 방법으로서,
· 적어도 일부의 상기 콜라겐 담체를 가습하는(humidifying) 단계,
· 콜라겐 담체가 지지 장치에 의해 지지되는 동안, 연장된 부재 쌍 사이에서 콜라겐 담체를 붙잡고(gripping), 연장된 부재의 세로방향 연장에 평행한 축 주위로 연장된 부재 쌍을 회전시켜 콜라겐 담체를 부재 상에 코일링함으로써 상기 콜라겐 담체를 코일링하는 단계,
· 코일링된 콜라겐 담체를 건조시키는 단계
를 순차적으로 포함하고, 이로써 형태-안정성 코일링된 콜라겐 담체를 제공하는 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 코일링은 한 쌍 이상의 트위저(tweezer) 또는 핀서(pincer)를 이용하여 콜라겐 담체를 붙잡음으로써 수행되는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 건조는 코일링된 콜라겐 담체보다 낮은 습도를 갖는 공기를 불어주고(blowing), 공기에 열을 임의로 가함으로써 수행되는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 상기 콜라겐 담체의 코팅층이 가습된 것인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 코팅층이 용매를 이용하여 가습된 것인 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 콜라겐 담체는 코팅층의 1.2-10.75 mg/cm2 표면의 양으로 용매에 의해 코팅층 상에 가습된 것인 방법.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 용매가 에탄올을 포함하거나 이로 이루어진 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 콜라겐 담체를 압축시켜 콜라겐 담체의 두께를 감소시키는 것을 추가적으로 포함하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 콜라겐 담체가 6 내지 12의 압축비로 압축된 것인 방법.

- 코일링된 콜라겐 담체는 형태-안정성이고, 상기 외부 와인딩(들)은 콜라겐 담체의 횡단면에 있는 나선을 따라 진행되는 코일링된 배치로 콜라겐 담체를 한정하는 코일링된 콜라겐 담체. - 제21항 내지 제23항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 언롤링(unrolling) 구조의 콜라겐 담체는 바람직하게는 최대 4 mm, 예컨대 최대 5 mm, 바람직하게는 최대 6 mm, 예컨대 최대 7 mm의 폭, 길이 및 두께를 갖는 직사각형 시트인 코일링된 콜라겐 담체.
- 제21항 내지 제24항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 3개, 4개 또는 5개의 와인딩을 포함하는 코일링된 콜라겐 담체.
- 제21항 내지 제25항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 12 mm 미만, 예컨대 11 mm 미만, 예컨대 10 mm 미만, 예컨대 9 mm 미만, 예컨대 8 mm 미만, 예컨대 7 mm 미만, 예컨대 6 mm 미만, 예컨대 5 mm 미만, 예컨대 4 mm 미만, 예컨대 3 mm 미만의 외부 직경을 갖는 실린더 형태를 갖는 것인 코일링된 콜라겐 담체.
- 제21항 내지 제26항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 코일링된 콜라겐 담체의 세로방향의 연장 주위에 s-형태의 가장 안쪽 와인딩을 갖는 것인 코일링된 콜라겐 담체.
- 제21항 내지 제27항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 코팅층이 관통 균열(through-going crack)을 갖지 않는 것인 코일링된 콜라겐 담체.
- 용기에 배치된 제21항 내지 제28항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 코일링된 콜라겐 담체를 포함하는 팩킹된 코일링된 콜라겐 담체.
- 제29항에 있어서, 용기는 코일링된 콜라겐 담체의 오염 및/또는 변질을 방지하고/하거나 형태-안정성을 유지시키기 위해 밀봉되는 것인 팩킹된 코일링된 콜라겐 담체.
- 제29항 또는 제30항에 있어서, 용기에 배치된 건조제, 예컨대 실리카겔을 추가적으로 포함하는 팩킹된 코일링된 콜라겐 담체
- 제29항 내지 제31항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 용기가 내부 용기 및 외부 용기를 포함하며,
- 내부 용기는 실린더의 세그먼트로 성형된 캐비티를 포함하고, 실린더 세그먼트의 곡선 부분은 180° 이상으로 확장되고, 캐비티는 찢어지거나 또는 파손하기 쉬운 호일로 밀봉되고,
- 외부 용기는 내부에 밀봉된 파우치를 포함하고, 밀봉된 내부 용기는 건조제와 함께 배치된 것인 팩킹된 코일링된 콜라겐 담체. - 제21항 내지 제28항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 코일링된 콜라겐 담체를 표적 위치로 전달하는 방법으로서, 상기 코일링된 콜라겐 담체를 구멍 또는 입장 튜브(access tube)를 통해 표적 위치로 통과시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제33항에 있어서, 상기 코일링된 콜라겐 담체를 표적 위치 상에서 언롤링하는 단계를 추가적으로 포함하는 방법.
- 제33항 또는 제34항에 있어서, 상기 표적 위치가 인간 또는 동물로부터 분리된 조직인 방법.
- 제21항 내지 제28항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 코일링된 콜라겐 담체를 이용하여 최소 침습 수술의 수행과 관련된 출혈을 멈추는 방법.
- 제21항 내지 제28항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 코일링된 콜라겐 담체를 이용하여 최소 침습 수술의 수행과 관련된 손상을 치료하는 방법.
