Abstract
섬유 강화 수지와 금속의 접합 구조에는, 스텝형 접합면을 구성하는 단부가 이 단부의 단부면 방향을 향해 단계적으로 얇아지는 스텝형 구조로 형성된 금속재와, 스텝형 구조 위를 단부로 평평하게 메우도록 적층된 섬유 강화 수지 복합재로 이루어진 요소를 1장으로 하여, 스텝형 구조가 두께 방향으로 겹치도록 복수 장 적층되어 있다. 금속재와 섬유 강화 수지 복합재는 접착되고, 인접한 요소끼리가 중첩면에서 접합되어 있다. 금속재의 외단부에는, 인접한 금속재의 맞춤면을 용접하여 접합된 주용접부가 형성되어 있다. 적층된 복수의 요소의 모든 금속재에 있어서의 주용접부보다도 섬유 강화 수지 복합재 측에는, 모든 금속재를 두께 방향으로 용접한 부용접부가 형성되어 있다.

도 2는 본 발명의 일실시형태에 따른 섬유 강화 수지와 금속의 접합 구조의 1장의 요소의 단면도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시형태에 따른 섬유 강화 수지와 금속의 접합 구조로서, 1장의 요소를 복수 장 적층한 상태를 도시한 단면도이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 일 실시형태에 따른 섬유 강화 수지와 금속의 접합 구조로서, 적층한 복수 장의 요소를 전부 용접할 때의 상태를 도시한 단면도이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 일 실시형태에 따른 섬유 강화 수지와 금속의 접합 구조로서, 용접 후, 열경화를 행할 때의 상태를 도시한 단면도이다.
도 6은 본 발명의 일 실시형태에 따른 섬유 강화 수지와 금속의 접합 구조에 있어서의 층간 용접의 상태를 도시한 단면도이다.

Claims (2)
- 섬유 강화 수지 복합재와 금속재의 단부끼리가 스텝형 접합면을 사이에 두고 접합된 섬유 강화 수지와 금속의 접합 구조로서,
상기 스텝형 접합면을 구성하는 단부가 이 단부의 단부면 방향을 향해 단계적으로 얇아지는 스텝형 구조로 형성된 금속재와, 상기 스텝형 구조 위를 단부로 평평하게 메우도록 적층된 섬유 강화 수지 복합재로 이루어진 요소를 1장으로 하여, 상기 스텝형 구조가 두께 방향으로 겹치도록 복수 장 적층되며,
상기 금속재와 섬유 강화 수지 복합재가 접착되고, 인접한 상기 요소끼리가 중첩면에서 접합되며,
상기 금속재의 외단부에는, 인접한 상기 금속재의 맞춤면을 용접하여 접합된 주용접부가 형성되어 있고,
상기 적층된 복수의 상기 요소의 모든 상기 금속재에 있어서의 상기 주용접부보다도 상기 섬유 강화 수지 복합재 측에는, 상기 모든 상기 금속재를 상기 두께 방향으로 용접한 부용접부가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유 강화 수지와 금속의 접합 구조. - 섬유 강화 수지 복합재와 금속재의 단부끼리를 스텝형 접합면을 사이에 두고 접합시키는 섬유 강화 수지와 금속의 접합 방법으로서,
상기 스텝형 접합면을 구성하는 금속재의 단부를 이 단부의 단부면 방향을 향해 단계적으로 얇아지는 스텝형 구조로 형성하고,
상기 스텝형 구조 위를 단부로 평평하게 메우도록 섬유 강화 수지 복합재를 적층하고,
하나의 상기 금속재와 그 스텝형 구조 위를 메우도록 적층된 상기 섬유 강화 수지 복합재로 이루어진 요소를 1장으로 하여, 상기 스텝형 구조가 두께 방향으로 겹치도록 복수 장 적층한 상태에서,
상기 적층된 복수의 상기 요소의 상기 금속재 측의 외단부로부터 정해진 간격을 두고 상기 복수의 상기 요소의 모든 상기 금속재를 상기 두께 방향으로 용접하여 부용접부를 형성하고,
상기 섬유 강화 수지 복합재를 열경화시킴으로써, 상기 금속재와 섬유 강화 수지 복합재를 접착시키고, 인접한 상기 요소끼리를 중첩면에서 접합시키고 나서,
인접한 상기 금속재의 맞춤면을 용접하여 접합시키는 주용접부를, 인접한 상기 금속재의 외단부에 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유 강화 수지와 금속의 접합 방법.
