Claims (6)
- 주조 중인 용강의 주조속도(V)와 상기 용강 상단면의 파우더의 성분과 점도(P vis.)를 입력받아 저장되는 저장부; 및
상기 저장부에 저장된 상기 주조속도(V)와 상기 파우더의 성분 중 C free의 함량을 곱한 후 상기 파우더의 점도(P vis.)를 나누어서 탄소픽업지수(CPI)를 산출하고, 산출된 탄소픽업지수(CPI)를 하기 관계식에 대입하여 탄소증가량(C pick-up)을 예측하는 중앙처리부;를 포함하는 용강의 탄소증가량 예측장치.

여기서, α는 1.9 내지 2.0 사이의 값이고, β는 1.2 내지 1.3 사이의 값임.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 용강은 C가 0초과~0.06wt% 미만인 극저탄소강인 용강의 탄소증가량 예측 방법.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 관계식의 α는 1.9 내지 2.0 사이의 값이고, β는 1.2 내지 1.3 사이의 값인 용강의 탄소증가량 예측 방법.
