Claims (5)
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기에서 계산된 탄소픽업량(Cp)과 설정된 기준값을 비교하여, 상기 탄소픽업량(Cp)이 기준값을 초과할 경우에는 상기 용강의 주조속도가 감소되도록 하는 용강의 탄소픽업량 예측방법.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 기준값은, 3.7 ppm 인 용강의 탄소픽업량 예측방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 몰드를 통해 주조되는 슬라브의 두께가 210 내지 230 mm이고 주조폭이 1000 내지 1300 mm인 용강의 탄소픽업량 예측방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 몰드에 침적되는 침지노즐의 깊이가 100 내지 200mm이고, 상기 침지노즐의 하향각이 25°를 만족하는 용강의 탄소픽업량 예측방법.
