Claims (22)
- 다수의 전지셀들이 전기적으로 연결되어 있는 전지모듈로서,
전지셀들의 전극단자 연결부와 전기적 접속되어 있는 전압 센싱용 단자들, 및 전압 센싱용 단자들과 연결되어 있고 전압 센싱용 단자들의 검출 전압을 모듈 제어부로 전송하는 도전부를 포함하는 전압 센싱부; 및
도전부의 쇼트 발생시 검출 전압의 전송을 중단시키기 위해, 전압 센싱용 단자들과 도전부 사이에 위치하고 있는 신호 차단부;
를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전압 센싱용 단자는 리셉터클 구조로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 도전부는 와이어 하니스 구조로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 와이어 하니스는 1개의 절연부재가 9개의 와이어들을 감싼 구조로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 모듈 제어부는 전압 센싱용 단자로부터의 검출 전압 신호를 바탕으로 전지모듈의 작동을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 모듈 제어부는 BMS인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전지모듈은, 둘 또는 그 이상의 육면체 셀 유닛들이 적층된 상태로 전기적 연결되어 있는 셀 유닛 적층체, 상기 셀 유닛 적층체가 측면으로 직립시킨 상태로 장착되어 있는 모듈 케이스, 전지셀들의 전극단자 연결부와 전기적 접속되어 있는 전압 센싱용 단자를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 모듈 케이스의 전면 또는 후면에 신호 차단부가 장착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 신호 차단부는 퓨즈를 내장하고 있는 퓨즈 박스로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 퓨즈 박스는 퓨즈를 장착하고 있는 회로 기판, 및 상기 회로 기판을 보호하기 위해 밀폐하는 커버로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 퓨즈는 솔더링에 의해 회로 기판 상에 장착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 퓨즈는 리셉터클 단자 형태로 회로 기판 상에 장착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전지셀은 전극단자들이 상단 및 하단에 각각 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 모듈 케이스는 상하 조립형의 상부 케이스와 하부 케이스로 이루어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 상기 전압 센싱부는 하부 케이스의 전면부와 후면부 상의 공간에 각각 장착되는 센싱부 프레임들, 상기 센싱부 프레임들에 삽입되는 전압 센싱용 단자들, 및 상기 전압 센싱용 단자들을 연결하는 도전부로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 상기 하부 케이스의 전면부와 후면부의 내면에는, 전지셀들의 전극단자 연결부가 삽입되어 장착되는 고정용 홈이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 상기 하부 케이스의 전면부에는 단위셀 적층체의 최외각 전극 단자들이 삽입될 수 있는 한 쌍의 슬릿이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 상기 최외각 전극단자는 상기 슬릿에 삽입된 후 절곡되어 후면부의 버스 바에 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 18 항에 있어서, 상기 버스 바의 상단은, 상하부 케이스들이 상호 결합될 때, 상부 케이스 후면부의 외부 입출력 단자가 도입될 수 있는 만입 홈의 형태로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 상기 하부 케이스의 전면부 및/또는 후면부의 하단에는 외부 장치에 고정할 수 있도록, 중앙에 관통구가 형성되어 있고 하부 케이스로부터 돌출된 형태의 체결부가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 출력 및 용량에 대응하여 제 1 항에 따른 전지모듈 둘 또는 그 이상을 포함하는 구조로 이루어진 고출력 대용량의 전지팩.
- 제 21 항에 있어서, 상기 전지팩을 전원으로 사용하는 전기자동차, 하이브리드 전기자동차, 또는 플러그-인 하이브리드 전기자동차.
