本发明公开了一种纯电动汽车的锂聚合物电池组,涉及电池技术领域。本发明包含外壳、电池芯、PCB控制板,所述电池芯多个并排紧贴布置安装在外壳中,所述PCB控制板安装在外壳中的一侧,所述外壳为方形,所述PCB控制板上布置有保险丝,所述电池芯的接线与PCB控制板上的保险丝相连后接入PCB控制板中的控制系统中。本发明安全性能高。

本发明涉及电池技术领域,尤其涉及一种纯电动汽车的锂聚合物电池组。
背景技术
电池组是指将多个电池芯进行串联或者并联使用,以提高输出电压或者电流来适应不同需求,纯电动汽车一般采用电池组提供动力电源。现有的纯电动汽车的锂聚合物电池组一般采用多个电池直接进行串联或者并联使用,使用过程中容易因电流过大后烧坏电池,并对所有电池组进行影响,造成电池全部损坏,产品质量低及产品安全性差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决上述不足,提供一种纯电动汽车的锂聚合物电池组。
本发明的技术解决方案是:一种纯电动汽车的锂聚合物电池组,包含外壳、电池芯、PCB控制板,所述电池芯多个并排紧贴布置安装在外壳中,所述PCB控制板安装在外壳中的一侧,所述外壳为方形,所述PCB控制板上布置有保险丝,所述电池芯的接线与PCB控制板上的保险丝相连后接入PCB控制板中的控制系统中。
本发明具有如下有益效果:电池组中的电池芯通过保险丝与PCB控制板相连,安全性能高。

如图1所示,一种纯电动汽车的锂聚合物电池组,包含外壳1、电池芯2、PCB控制板3,所述电池芯2多个并排紧贴布置安装在外壳1中,所述PCB控制板3安装在外壳1中的一侧,所述外壳1为方形,所述PCB控制板3上布置有保险丝,所述电池芯2的接线与PCB控制板3上的保险丝相连后接入PCB控制板3中的控制系统中。
电池组中的电池芯2通过保险丝与PCB控制板3中控制系统相连,安全性能高。

1.一种纯电动汽车的锂聚合物电池组,其特征在于:包含外壳、电池芯、PCB控制板,所述电池芯多个并排紧贴布置安装在外壳中,所述PCB控制板安装在外壳中的一侧,所述外壳为方形,所述PCB控制板上布置有保险丝,所述电池芯的接线与PCB控制板上的保险丝相连后接入PCB控制板中的控制系统中。
