도 1은 종래 기술에 따른 전압 센싱을 위한 커넥터의 배치 구조를 설명하기 위한 배터리 모듈의 일부분을 도시한 도면이다.
도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 배터리 모듈의 구성을 개략적으로 도시한 사시도이다.

Claims (10)
- 복수 개의 배터리 셀들이 적층되어 형성된 셀 적층체;
상기 배터리 셀들의 전극 리드들과 미리 결정된 패턴으로 연결되는 버스바들;
상기 배터리 셀들의 전압을 센싱하기 위해 각 상기 버스바에 연결되는 센싱 유닛;
상기 센싱 유닛의 일측에 실장되는 커넥터 및
상기 셀 적층체의 측부를 커버하고 상기 버스바들을 전면에 부착할 수 있게 마련된 프레임 본체와, 상기 커넥터를 장착할 수 있게 마련된 커넥터 거치부를 구비하는 버스바 프레임을 포함하고,
상기 커넥터 거치부는 상기 커넥터가 상기 버스바들의 전방에 배치되도록 상기 프레임 본체의 상단에서 회전 가능하게 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 커넥터는 상기 커넥터 거치부에 고정 장착되어 상기 프레임 본체의 전방에서 상기 셀 적층체의 최상단보다 아래에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 커넥터 거치부는,
상기 프레임 본체의 최상단에서 수평 방향으로 연장된 제1 지지판; 및
상기 제1 지지판의 끝단에 힌지 결합된 제2 지지판을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 프레임 본체는 상기 제1 지지판의 하부에 위치하고 상기 제1 지지판과 나란하게 전면으로부터 돌출 형성된 수평판을 구비하고,
상기 버스바들은 상기 수평판의 아래쪽에 상기 배터리 셀들의 배열 방향을 따라 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 수평판은 상기 센싱 유닛에서 분기되는 센싱 단자들을 수직 방향으로 통과시킬 수 있는 슬릿을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 수평판은 상기 제2 지지판이 상기 버스바들에 닿지 않게 상기 제2 지지판의 일면을 지지할 수 있는 길이만큼 돌출 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 수평판은 끝단부에 볼 형상의 끼움부를 구비하고, 상기 제2 지지판은 상기 제1 지지판에 대해 90도 각도에서 상기 끼움부에 억지 끼움 결합되는 홈부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 배터리 셀들은 파우치형 배터리 셀이며,
상기 배터리 셀의 전극 리드는 폭이 상기 셀 적층체의 높이대비 70%~90% 비율을 갖도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈. - 제1항 내지 제8항에 따른 배터리 모듈을 하나 이상 포함하는 배터리 팩.
- 제9항에 따른 배터리 팩을 포함하는 자동차.
