Abstract
Description
Claims (13)
- 락트산의 제조방법으로서,
a) 마그네슘 락테이트를 포함하는 수성 매질을 제공하는 단계;
b) 상기 마그네슘 락테이트를 포함하는 수성 매질에 1가 염기를 가하여 수용성 1가 락테이트 염 및 고체 마그네슘 염기를 포함하는 수성 매질을 형성하는 단계;
c) 상기 수용성 1가 락테이트 염을 포함하는 수성 매질로부터 상기 마그네슘 염기를 분리하는 단계;
d) 상기 수성 매질 중 상기 1가 락테이트 염의 농도를 10 내지 30중량%의 값으로 조절하는 단계;
e) 상기 1가 락테이트 염을 포함하는 수성 매질을 물분해 전기투석(water-splitting electrodialysis)에 적용시켜 1가 염기를 포함하는 제1 용액 및 락트산과 1가 락테이트 염을 포함하는 제2 용액을 생성하는 단계(상기 전기투석은 40 내지 98mol%의 부분 전환율로 수행된다);
f) 상기 락트산과 1가 락테이트 염을 포함하는 제2 용액을 증기-액체 분리에 의해 1가 락테이트 염을 포함하는 용액 및 락트산으로 분리하는 단계;
g) 상기 1가 락테이트 염을 포함하는 단계 f)의 용액을 단계 d)로 재순환시키는 단계
를 포함하는, 락트산의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 증기-액체 분리가 증류를 포함하며, 상기 증류는 바람직하게는 감압 증류 유닛에서 수행되는, 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 전기투석이 40 내지 95mol%, 바람직하게는 50 내지 95mol%, 보다 더 바람직하게는 60 내지 95mol%, 보다 더 바람직하게는 70 내지 90mol%, 보다 더 바람직하게는 80 내지 90mol%의 부분 전환율로 수행되는, 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 전기투석이 약 85mol%의 부분 전환율로 수행되는, 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, d)의 상기 수성 매질 중 상기 1가 락테이트 염의 농도를 20 내지 25중량%의 값으로 조절하는, 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단계 e)의 상기 물분해 전기투석에 의해 생성되는 상기 1가 염기를 포함하는 상기 제1 용액이 단계 b)로 재순환되는, 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 물분해 전기투석이 양이온 교환 막 및 쌍극막(bipolar membrane)이 제공된 전기투석 장치에서 수행되는, 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 마그네슘 락테이트를 포함하는 상기 수성 매질이 발효에 의해 제공되며, 이때 탄수화물 공급원이 미생물에 의해 발효되어 락트산을 형성하며, 마그네슘 락테이트를 제공하기 위해 발효 동안 마그네슘 염기가 중화제로서 첨가되는, 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 마그네슘 염기가 수산화마그네슘인, 방법.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 단계 b) 전에 상기 마그네슘 락테이트를 포함하는 상기 수성 매질을 분리 단계에 적용시켜 미생물 세포 물질을 제거하는, 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단계 b)의 상기 1가 염기가 나트륨, 칼륨, 리튬, 암모늄, 모노알킬암모늄, 디알킬암모늄, 트리알킬암모늄 또는 테트라알킬암모늄 양이온, 바람직하게는 나트륨 또는 칼륨 양이온, 보다 바람직하게는 나트륨 양이온인 양이온을 포함하는, 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 분리 단계 f) 이후에 수득된 락트산이 적어도 95중량%의 락트산, 바람직하게는 적어도 97중량%의 락트산, 보다 바람직하게는 적어도 99중량%의 락트산, 보다 더 바람직하게는 적어도 99.5중량%의 락트산, 가장 바람직하게는 적어도 99.9중량%의 락트산을 포함하는, 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 방법을 사용하여 락트산을 제조하고, 상기 락트산을 반응시켜 락티드 및/또는 폴리락트산을 형성함을 포함하는, 락티드 및/또는 폴리락트산의 제조방법.
