Claims (10)
- 알칼리금속 젖산염으로부터 젖산을 회수하는 방법에 있어서,
상기 알칼리금속 젖산염으로부터 젖산을 회수하는 방법은 바이폴라막 전기투석 스택에 의해 수행되고,
상기 바이폴라막 전기투석 스택은 음극실이 구비된 음극, 양극실이 구비된 양극, 바이폴라막, 음이온 교환막, 양이온 교환막을 포함하고, 상기 스택 내부에는 음극에서 양극 방향으로 폴라막과 양이온 교환막 사이의 염기실, 양이온 교환막 및 음이온 교환막 사이의 피드공급실, 음이온 교환막과 바이폴라막 사이의 산실이 순차적으로 배치되며,
상기 바이폴라막 전기투석 스택의 음극실 및 양극실은 전해질 공급펌프와 연결되고, 염기실 및 산실은 각각 염기순환 펌프 및 산순환 펌프와 연결되며, 피드공급실은 피드공급 펌프와 연결되고,
상기 바이폴라막 전기투석 스택내 피드공급실에 공급되는 피드의 알칼리금속 젖산염 및 알칼리금속 수산화물을 포함하는 알칼리 금속 이온 농도는 5.5 ~ 10M 이고, 바이폴라막 전기투석 스택에 1.6 ~ 2.4 V/pair의 전압이 인가되는 조건 하에서 전기투석이 수행되어 염기실 및 산실로부터 각각 알칼리금속 수산화물을 포함하는 제1용액 및 젖산을 포함하는 제2용액이 배출되고,
배출된 제2용액의 적어도 일부는 증류기에서 탈수되어 농축된 젖산을 포함하는 제3용액이 배출 및 회수되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 알칼리금속 젖산염으로부터 젖산을 회수하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 증류기는 젖산을 포함하는 제2용액을 정제하여 농도 50 ~ 85 %로 농축된 젖산을 포함하는 제3용액을 회수하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 알칼리금속 젖산염으로부터 젖산을 회수하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 피드내 알칼리금속 젖산염은 포타슘 락테이트, 소듐 락테이트, 리튬 락테이트, 세슘 락테이트, 루비듐 락테이트 중 하나 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 알칼리금속 젖산염으로부터 젖산을 회수하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 알칼리금속 젖산염은 촉매 존재하에 글리세롤의 탈수소화 반응으로부터 생성된 것을 특징으로 하는, 알칼리금속 젖산염으로부터 젖산을 회수하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 알칼리금속 수산화물은 수산화칼륨, 수산화나트륨, 수산화리튬, 수산화세슘, 수산화루비듐 중 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는, 알칼리금속 젖산염으로부터 젖산을 회수하는 방법.
- 알칼리금속 젖산염으로부터 젖산을 회수하는 시스템에 있어서,
상기 알칼리금속 젖산염으로부터 젖산을 회수하는 시스템은 바이폴라막 전기투석 스택, 전해질 공급펌프, 피드공급 펌프, 산순환 펌프 및 염기순환 펌프, 증류기를 포함하며,
상기 바이폴라막 전기투석 스택은 음극실이 구비된 음극, 양극실이 구비된 양극, 바이폴라막, 음이온 교환막, 양이온 교환막을 포함하고, 상기 스택 내부에는 음극에서 양극 방향으로 바이폴라막-양이온 교환막-음이온 교환막-바이폴라막 순으로 배치되고, 바이폴라막과 양이온 교환막 사이의 염기실, 음이온 교환막과 바이폴라막 사이의 산실, 양이온 교환막 및 음이온 교환막 사이의 피드공급실이 순차적으로 배치되며,
상기 바이폴라막 전기투석 스택의 음극실 및 양극실은 전해질 공급펌프와 연결되고, 염기실 및 산실은 각각 염기순환 펌프 및 산순환 펌프와 연결되며, 피드공급실은 피드공급 펌프와 연결되고,
상기 바이폴라막 전기투석 스택내 피드공급실에 공급되는 피드의 알칼리금속 젖산염 및 알칼리금속 수산화물을 포함하는 알칼리 금속 이온 농도는 5.5 ~ 10 M 이고, 바이폴라막 전기투석 스택에 1.6 ~ 2.4 V/pair의 전압이 인가되는 조건 하에서 전기투석이 수행되어 염기실 및 산실로부터 각각 알칼리금속 수산화물을 포함하는 제1용액 및 젖산을 포함하는 제2용액이 배출되고,
배출된 제2용액의 적어도 일부는 증류기에서 탈수되어 농축된 젖산을 포함하는 제3용액이 배출 및 회수되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 알칼리금속 젖산염으로부터 젖산을 회수하는 시스템.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 증류기는 2 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는, 알칼리금속 젖산염으로부터 젖산을 회수하는 시스템.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 피드내 알칼리금속 젖산염은 포타슘 락테이트, 소듐 락테이트, 리튬 락테이트, 세슘 락테이트, 루비듐 락테이트 중 하나 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 알칼리금속 젖산염으로부터 젖산을 회수하는 시스템.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 알칼리금속 젖산염은 촉매 존재하에 글리세롤의 탈수소화 반응으로부터 생성된 것을 특징으로 하는, 알칼리금속 젖산염으로부터 젖산을 회수하는 시스템.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 알칼리금속 수산화물은 수산화칼륨, 수산화나트륨, 수산화리튬, 수산화세슘, 수산화루비듐 중 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는, 알칼리금속 젖산염으로부터 젖산을 회수하는 시스템.
