Claims (19)
- 적어도 합판 유리용 중간막과 유리판이 적층되어 일체화되어 있으며, 유럽 자동차 안정성 강화 위원회(European Enhanced Vehicle-safety Co㎜ittee; EEVC/WG 17)의 규정에 준거하여 측정한 머리부 충격 지수(Head Injury Criteria; HIC)값이 1000 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 합판 유리.
- 적어도 합판 유리용 중간막과 유리판이 적층되어 일체화되어 있으며, 유럽 경제 위원회(Economic Co㎜ission for Europe; ECE-Regulation No. 43 Annex3)의 규정에 준거하여, 합판 유리 표면에서 4 m의 높이로부터 임팩트 헤드를 낙하시켜 측정한 머리부 충격 지수(Head Injury Criteria; HIC) 값이 300 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 합판 유리.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 합판 유리용 중간막은 폴리비닐아세탈 수지 100 중량부에 대하여 중간막용 가소제가 30 중량부 이상 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 합판 유리.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 합판 유리용 중간막은 아세탈화도가 60 내지 85 mol%인 가교된 폴리비닐아세탈 수지를 포함하며, 상기 폴리비닐아세탈 수지 100 중량부에 대하여 중간막용 가소제가 40 중량부 이상 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 합판 유리.
- 제4항에 있어서, 합판 유리용 중간막은 적외선 흡수 스펙트럼을 측정할 때의 수산기의 피크의 반값폭이 250 ㎝-1 이하인 폴리비닐아세탈 수지를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 합판 유리.
- 제4항에 있어서, 합판 유리용 중간막은 고무 입자가 분산되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 합판 유리.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 합판 유리용 중간막은 다층 구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 합판 유리.
- 제7항에 있어서, 합판 유리용 중간막은 저장 탄성률 G'에 차이가 있는 3층 이상의 다층 구조이고, 각각의 층이 쐐기 형상이며, 상기 저장 탄성률 G'에 차이가 있는 3층 이상 중 상대적으로 저장 탄성률 G'가 작은 쐐기 형상의 층을 중간층으로 하여 쐐기 형상의 층을 교대로 중첩하여, 전체의 두께가 일정하게 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 합판 유리.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 합판 유리용 중간막은 머리부 충격 지수(Head Injury Criteria; HIC)값을 측정했을 때, 10 ㎜ 이상 길이의 파열이 발생하는 것을 특징으로 하는 합판 유리.
- 폴리비닐아세탈 수지 100 중량부에 대하여 중간막용 가소제가 30 중량부 이상 함유되어 있으며, 온도 20℃, 5.0×101 내지 1.0×102 ㎐의 주파수 영역에서 주파수를 바꾸면서 측정한 선형 동적 점탄성 시험에서의 저장 탄성률 G'가 3×107 Pa 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 합판 유리용 중간막.
- 제10항에 있어서, 아세탈화도가 60 내지 85 mol%인 가교된 폴리비닐아세탈 수지를 포함하며, 상기 폴리비닐아세탈 수지 100 중량부에 대하여 중간막용 가소제가 40중량부 이상 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 합판 유리용 중간막.
- 제10항에 있어서, 적외선 흡수 스펙트럼을 측정했을 때의 수산기의 피크의 반값폭이 200 ㎝-1 이하인 폴리비닐아세탈 수지를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 합판 유리용 중간막.
- 제10항에 있어서, 고무 입자가 분산되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 합판 유리용 중간막.
- 제10항에 있어서, 다층 구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 합판 유리용 중간막.
- 제14항에 있어서, 저장 탄성률 G'에 차이가 있는 3층 이상의 다층 구조이고, 각각의 층이 쐐기 형상이며, 상기 저장 탄성률 G'에 차이가 있는 3층 이상 중 상대적으로 저장 탄성률 G'가 작은 쐐기 형상의 층을 중간층으로 하여 쐐기 형상의 층을 교대로 중첩하여, 전체의 두께가 일정하게 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 합판 유리용 중간막.
- 2장의 유리 사이에 협착하여 합판 유리로서 머리부 충격 지수(Head Injury Criteria; HIC)값을 측정했을 때 10 ㎜ 이상 길이의 파열이 발생하는 것을 특징으로 하는 합판 유리용 중간막.
- 제10항에 있어서, 폴리비닐아세탈 수지는 열선 차단 기능을 갖는 금속 산화물 미립자를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 합판 유리용 중간막.
- 제14항에 있어서, 적어도 1층의 폴리비닐아세탈 수지는 열선 차단 기능을 갖는 금속 산화물 미립자를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 합판 유리용 중간막.
- 제17항 또는 제18항에 있어서, 금속 산화물 미립자가 주석 도핑 산화 인듐, 안티몬 도핑 산화 주석, 또는 이들의 혼합물이고, 상기 주석 도핑 산화 인듐 입자, 안티몬 도핑 산화 주석 입자, 또는 이들의 혼합물은 평균 2차 응집 입경이 80 ㎚ 이하이고, 2차 응집 입경 100 ㎚ 이상인 입자가 1개/㎛2 이하의 밀도가 되도록 폴리비닐아세탈 수지 중에 분산되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 합판 유리용 중간막.
