Claims (9)
- 반사막을 갖는 판독 전용의 광 정보 기록 매체이며, 상기 반사막이 Si 및 Ge 중 적어도 하나를 5 내지 40 원자% 함유하는 Al기 합금으로 이루어지는, 판독 전용의 광 정보 기록 매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고융점 금속 원소 및 희토류 원소 중 적어도 하나를 0.7 내지 5 원자% 더 포함하는, 판독 전용의 광 정보 기록 매체.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 고융점 금속 원소가 Ti, Fe, Mn, Ta, W, Mo, Cr, V, Zr, Nb 및 Hf으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종류 이상의 원소인, 판독 전용의 광 정보 기록 매체.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 희토류 원소가 Nd 및 Y 중 적어도 하나인, 판독 전용의 광 정보 기록 매체.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 기판 상에 상기 반사막 및 광투과층이 적층된 구조를 포함하고, 또한 청색 레이저에 의해 정보의 재생이 행해지는, 판독 전용의 광 정보 기록 매체.
- 제1항에 기재한 광 정보 기록 매체에 사용되는 반사막 형성용 스퍼터링 타깃이며, Si 및 Ge 중 적어도 하나를 5 내지 40 원자% 함유하는 Al기 합금으로 이루어지는, 광 정보 기록 매체의 반사막 형성용 스퍼터링 타깃.
- 제2항에 기재한 광 정보 기록 매체에 사용되는 반사막 형성용 스퍼터링 타깃이며, Si 및 Ge 중 적어도 하나를 5 내지 40 원자% 포함하는 동시에, 고융점 금속 원소 및 희토류 원소 중 적어도 하나를 0.7 내지 5 원자% 포함하는 Al기 합금으로 이루어지는, 광 정보 기록 매체의 반사막 형성용 스퍼터링 타깃.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 고융점 금속 원소가 Ti, Fe, Mn, Ta, W, Mo, Cr, V, Zr, Nb 및 Hf으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 원소인, 광 정보 기록 매체의 반사막 형성용 스퍼터링 타깃.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 희토류 원소가 Nd 및 Y 중 적어도 하나인, 광 정보 기록 매체의 반사막 형성용 스퍼터링 타깃.
