Claims (3)
- (ⅰ) 플라스틱 모재의 표면을 프라이머로 하도 처리하는 단계;(ⅱ) 상기 플라스틱 모재의 표면을 O2 플라즈마로서 전처리하는 단계; 및(ⅲ) 상기 플라스틱 모재 상에 아크 이온 플레이팅(Arc ion plating) 방식으로서 크롬층을 증착하는 단계를 포함하는 플라즈마를 이용한 건식 금속 코팅 방법.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 크롬층을 50~150nm의 두께로서 증착하는 플라즈마를 이용한 건식 금속 코팅 방법.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 플라스틱 모재로서 ABS 소재인 것을 사용하고, 상기 크롬층의 증착이 100℃ 이하의 저온에서 이루어지는 플라즈마를 이용한 건식 금속 코팅 방법.
