Abstract
2 차 전지 등에 사용되는 전극의 표면에 형성되는 다공성 보호막에 있어서, 결착성 향상에 의한 전지의 사이클 특성의 개선에 기여할 수 있는 다공막을 제공한다.
해결 수단
본 발명에 관련된 다공막은, 수용성 고분자와, 무기 필러와, 카르복실산기, 수산기 및 술폰산기로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 친수성기를 함유하는 단량체 단위를 0.5 ∼ 40 질량% 함유하는 비수용성의 입자상 고분자를 함유하여 이루어진다.

Claims (8)
- 수용성 고분자와,
무기 필러와,
카르복실산기, 수산기 및 술폰산기로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 친수성기를 함유하는 단량체 단위를 0.5 ∼ 40 질량% 함유하는 비수용성의 입자상(狀) 고분자를 함유하여 이루어지는, 다공막. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 수용성 고분자가, 증점 다당류에서 선택되는 것인, 다공막. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 증점 다당류가, 셀룰로오스계 반합성계 고분자, 그 나트륨염 및 암모늄염으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 것인, 다공막. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 입자상 고분자의 친수성기가 카르복실산기인, 다공막. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 다공막 중의 수용성 고분자의 함유 비율이, 상기 무기 필러 100 질량부에 대하여 0.1 ∼ 5 질량부이며, 비수용성의 입자상 고분자의 함유 비율이, 무기 필러 100 질량부에 대하여 0.1 ∼ 15 질량부인, 다공막. - 바인더와, 전극 활물질을 함유하여 이루어지는 전극 합제층이 집전체에 부착하여 이루어지고, 또한 전극 합제층의 표면에 제 1 항에 기재된 다공막이 형성되어 이루어지는, 2 차 전지 전극.
- 수용성 고분자와, 무기 필러와, 카르복실산기, 수산기 및 술폰산기로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 친수성기를 함유하는 단량체 단위를 0.5 ∼ 40 질량% 함유하는 비수용성의 입자상 고분자와, 분산매를 함유하여 이루어지는 다공막용 슬러리를, 바인더와, 전극 활물질을 함유하여 이루어지는 전극 합제층 상에 도포, 건조시키는 공정을 포함하는 제 6 항에 기재된 2 차 전지 전극의 제조 방법.
- 정극, 부극, 및 전해액을 갖고 이루어지는 리튬 이온 2 차 전지로서,
정극 및 부극 중 적어도 일방이 제 6 항에 기재된 전극인, 리튬 이온 2 차 전지.
