Abstract
Description
도 2는 펩티드 용액 (우측 막대; SAP (자가-조립 펩티드)) 대 식염수 대조군 (좌측 막대)을 사용한 처리 이후에 완전 지혈을 달성하기 위해 요구되는 시간을 비교한 그래프이다. 연구는 실시예 1에 기재된 바와 같이 수행하였다. 간단히 설명하면, 성체 설치류를 마취시키고, 두개골의 일부를 제거하고, 상시상정맥동의 정맥을 횡절단한 후, 펩티드 용액 또는 식염수로 처리하였다.
도 3은 실시예 2에 기재된 바와 같이 펩티드 용액의 적용의 개시시로부터 대퇴 동맥 횡절단 이후 지혈의 완료까지 측정된, 식염수-처리된 대조군 (좌측 막대) 및 펩티드 (우측)로 처리된 동물에서 출혈 지속시간의 그래프이다.
Claims (1)
- 체액의 이동 제한 또는 오염 감소가 필요한 부위에서 체액의 이동을 제한하거나 오염을 감소시키기 위한 의약의 제조에 있어서, 체액의 이동 방지 또는 제한, 조직 또는 세포의 안정화, 또는 오염 방지가 필요한 부위에 투여될 때 체액의 이동을 방지 또는 제한하거나, 조직 또는 세포를 안정화시키거나, 오염을 방지하기 위한 유효량의 자가-조립 펩티드를 포함하는 제제의 용도.
