Claims (23)
- 팽창 가스에 불투과성인 층을 구비한 팽창가능한 물품에 있어서, 상기 층은 단일 탄성 중합체 또는 중량적으로 우세한 탄성 중합체로서의 적어도 열가소성 스티렌("TPS") 탄성 중합체 및 5% 초과의 체적량(탄성 중합체 조성물에 대한 체적%)을 가진 플래티 필러를 포함하는 탄성 중합체 조성물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 팽창가능한 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, TPS 탄성 중합체는 폴리스티렌 및 폴리이소부틸렌 블록을 가진 공중합체인, 팽창가능한 물품.
- 제2항에 있어서, TPS 탄성 중합체는 스티렌/이소부틸렌/스티렌 공중합체인, 팽창가능한 물품.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, TPS 탄성 중합체는 5와 50 질량% 사이의 스티렌을 포함하는, 팽창가능한 물품.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, TPS 탄성 중합체의 글라스 전이 온도는 -20℃ 미만인, 팽창가능한 물품.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, TPS 탄성 중합체의 수평균 분자량은 30,000과 500,000g/mol 사이인, 팽창가능한 물품.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 플래티 필러의 체적량은 5%와 50% 사이인, 팽창가능한 물품.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 플래티 필러는 흑연, 필로실리케이트 및 그 필러 혼합물로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되는, 팽창가능한 물품.
- 제8항에 있어서, 플래티 필러는 흑연, 활석, 운모 및 그 필러 혼합물로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되는, 팽창가능한 물품.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 탄성 중합체 조성물은 탄성 중합체용 신전유도 또한 포함하는, 팽창가능한 물품.
- 제10항에 있어서, 신전유는 폴리올레핀 오일, 파라핀계 오일, 나프텐계 오일, 아로마틱 오일, 미네랄 오일 및 이들 오일들의 혼합물로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되는, 팽창가능한 물품.
- 제11항에 있어서, 신전유는 폴리부텐계 오일로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되는, 팽창가능한 물품.
- 제12항에 있어서, 신전유는 폴리부틸렌 오일인, 팽창가능한 물품.
- 제10항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 신전유의 수평균 분자량은 200 과 25,000g/mol 사이인, 팽창가능한 물품.
- 제10항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 신전유량은 5 phr(탄성 중합체의 100부분 당 중량부) 초과인, 팽창가능한 물품.
- 제15항에 있어서, 신전유량은 5 phr과 100 phr 사이인, 팽창가능한 물품.
- 제1항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가스 불투과성 층은 0.05㎜ 초과의 두께를 갖는, 팽창가능한 물품.
