Claims (8)
- 구멍을 뚫기 위한 박판 금속에 대면하는 단면(端面)과, 이 단면에서 개구됨과 동시에 이 단면에서의 개구로부터 펀치가 삽입되는 관통공과, 이 관통공을 규정하는 내주면을 구비하고 있고, 단면과 내주면은 관통공의 단면에서의 개구에서 예각(θ)으로 서로 연접(連接)하고 있는 박판 금속 구멍 뚫기용 다이.
- 제1항에 있어서,단면은 펀치의 축심에 대해 경사져 연장되어 있으며, 내주면은 펀치의 축심과 평행하게 연장되어 있고, 경사져 연장된 단면과 평행하게 연장된 내주면은 관통공의 단면에서의 개구에서 예각(θ)으로 서로 연접하고 있는 박판 금속 구멍 뚫기용 다이.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,단면은 펀치의 축심에 대해 직교하여 연장되어 있으며, 내주면은 펀치의 축심에 대해 경사져 연장되어 있고, 직교하여 연장된 단면과 경사져 연장된 내주면은 관통공의 단면에서의 개구에서 예각(θ)으로 서로 연접하고 있는 박판 금속 구멍 뚫기용 다이.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,예각(θ)은 45°∼87°인 박판 금속 구멍 뚫기용 다이.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,예각(θ)은 65°∼85°인 박판 금속 구멍 뚫기용 다이.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,예각(θ)은 75°∼83°인 박판 금속 구멍 뚫기용 다이.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,개구는 원형, 타원형, 장원형, 삼각형, 사각형, 다각형인 박판 금속 구멍 뚫기용 다이.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 다이와, 다이의 관통공에 삽입되는 펀치를 구비하고 있고, 펀치는 축심에 평행하게 연장된 통면(筒面)을 가지는 기둥형 펀치 본체와, 다이의 관통공에의 삽입측의 펀치 본체의 한쪽 단면에 일체적으로 마련되어 있는 돌기를 구비하고 있으며, 돌기가 마련되어 있는 펀치 본체의 한쪽 단면은, 돌기 저면을 둘러쌈과 동시에 축심에 직교하여 연장된 환형면과, 이 환형면의 환형 바깥테두리로부터 통면의 환형 테두리까지 연장되는 만곡면을 구비하고 있고, 예각(θ)으로 서로 연접하고 있는 다이의 단면 및 내주면과 펀치 본체의 만곡면의 협동에 의해 박판 금속에 구멍을 뚫기를 행하도록 되어 있는 박판 금속 구멍 뚫기용 다이.
