Claims (2)
- 광도파로 장치의 제조 방법에 있어서,필름체를 기판 상에 형성하고 상기 필름체와 상기 기판으로 이루어진 적층체를 구비하는 공정(단, 상기 필름체는 1개 이상의 광도파로 형성 예정부를 구비하고, 상기 기판은 상기 필름체에 적층되어 있음), 및날형을 사용하여 상기 적층체를 펀칭하고, 상기 필름체의 상기 1개 이상의 광도파로 형성 예정부를, 상기 1개 이상의 광도파로 형성 예정부에 대응하는 기판의 부분과 함께 얻음으로써, 상기 기판의 부분과 광입사 단면 및 광출사 단면을 구비한 광도파로로 이루어진 광도파로 장치를 제공하는 공정을 구비하며,상기 날형은 적어도 상기 광입사 단면 및 상기 광출사 단면을 형성하기 위한 날을 구비하고, 상기 날은 날면의 산술 평균 거칠기(Ra)가 0.02㎛ 미만의 평날이며,상기 펀칭에 의한 절단이 상기 기판측으로부터 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광도파로 장치의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 광도파로 형성 예정부를 구성하는 클래드층이 에폭시 수지 조성물로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 광도파로 장치의 제조 방법.
