- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 고분자 수지의 중량평균 분자량이 5000 내지 200000인, 수지 조성물.
- 제4항 내지 제6항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 고분자 수지가 페녹시 수지인, 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 무기 충전재를 추가로 함유하는, 수지 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 무기 충전재의 함유량이, 수지 조성물(불휘발분 100질량%)에 대하여, 50질량% 이하인, 수지 조성물.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 무기 충전재가 실리카인, 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 수지 조성물이 지지 필름 위에 층 형성되어 이루어지는 접착 필름.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 수지 조성물이 섬유로 이루어진 시트상 보강 기재 중에 함침되어 이루어지는 프리프레그.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 수지 조성물의 경화물에 의해 절연층이 형성되어 이루어지는 다층 프린트 배선판.
