Claims (5)
- 레이저빔 조사측에서 볼 때 앞측에 배치되는 제 1 기판;상기 레이저빔 조사측에서 볼 때 최내측에 배치되는 제 2 기판으로서, 상기 제 1 기판 및 상기 제 2 기판 각각은 이들의 기록 표면측에 뱀모양의 나선형 가이드 그루브를 가지는 것인, 제 2 기판;중간층들;상기 제 1 기판과 상기 제 2 기판 사이에 상기 중간층들 각각을 통하여 배치되는, 상변화형 기록층을 각각 가지는 복수의 정보층으로서, 상기 제 1 기판측에서 볼 때 상기 최내측에 배치되는 정보층 이외의 정보층들 각각은, 이하의 5 개층:하부 보호층,상변화형 기록층,상부 보호층,반투명 반사층,열확산층 또는 광투과층을 포함하며,상기 제 1 기판측에서 볼 때 상기 최내측에 배치되는 정보층은,하부 보호층,상변화형 기록층,상부 보호층,반사층을 포함하는 것인, 복수의 정보층을 포함하며,상기 제 1 기판측에서 볼 때 상기 최내측에 배치되는 정보층 이외의 각각의 정보층의 열확산층들 또는 광투과층들 각각은, In 산화물, Zn 산화물, Sn 산화물 및 Si 산화물을 포함하며, 상기 In 산화물, 상기 Zn 산화물, 상기 Sn 산화물 및 상기 Si 산화물의 함유량을, 각각 “a”,“b”,“c” 및 “d”[몰%]로 표현하는 경우, 이하의 요건들을 충족하며, 상기 제 1 기판 및 상기 제 2 기판의 굴절률을“n”으로 표현하고, 레이저광 파장은 “λ”로 표현하며, 상기 제 1 기판 및 상기 제 2 기판의 가이드 그루브의 깊이는 H로 표현하는 경우, 상기 가이드 그루브의 깊이 H는, 이하의 요건:3 ≤ a ≤ 500 ≤ d ≤ 30a + b + c + d = 100λ/17n ≤ H ≤ λ/11.5n을 충족시키는 다층 상변화형 광기록 매체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 상변화 기록층들 각각은, 적어도 Ge, Sb 및 Te의 3원소를 포함하며, 상기 Ge, Sb 및 Te의 조성 비율을 “α”, “β”, “γ”[원자%]로 표현하는 경우, 이하의 요건:2 ≤ α ≤ 2060 ≤ β ≤ 756 ≤ γ ≤ 30을 충족시키는 것인 다층 상변화형 광기록 매체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 기판측에서 볼 때 상기 최내측에 배치되는 정보층 이외의 각각의 정보층들의 상부 보호층 각각은, In 산화물, Zn 산화물, Sn 산화물 및 Si 산화물 또는 Ta 산화물을 포함하며, 상기 In 산화물, 상기 Zn 산화물, 상기 Sn 산화물 및 상기 Si 산화물 또는 Ta 산화물의 함유량을 각각“e”,“f”,“g”및“h”[몰%]로 표현하는 경우, 이하의 요건,3 ≤ e ≤ 205 ≤ f 또는 g ≤ 900 ≤ h ≤ 20e + f + g + h = 100을 충족시키는 것인 다층 상변화형 광기록 매체.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 기판측에서 볼 때 상기 최내측에 배치되는 정보층 이외의 각각의 정보층들의 반투명 반사층 각각은, Cu를 주성분으로서 포함하는 것인 다층 상변화형 광기록 매체.
- 제 1 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 각각의 정보층들의 하부 보호층 각각은, ZnS 및 SiO2를 포함하는 것인 다층 상변화형 광기록 매체.
