Claims (3)
- (1) 초 고농도의 오염물이 존재하는 음식물 쓰레기 탈리액과 축산분뇨등의 고농도 유기폐수에 금속성 산화 물질(황산알루미늄, PAC, PAS, 황산제2철, 염산제2철 등)을 유기폐수의 농도에 따라 2,000-5,000ppm을 넣어 반응시킨 다음, 양이온성 고분자 응집제를 탈리액의 농도에 따라 300~1000ppm 넣어 입자성 물질을 응집시키고, 탈수기를 사용하여 고형분과 액을 분리시키는 단계;(2) 이와 같이 탈수된 액을 pH 중성-약 알칼리영역(6-8)으로 조정되고, 서서히 회전하는 아지데이타가 설치된 혐기조에 정량으로 투입하여 유기질소 성분의 암모니아성 질소 변환 및 독성물질의 분해 유도를 통한 다음 단계인 폭기 공정에서 호기 미생물의 충격을 완화하는 단계;(3) DO=1-2가 되도록 브로아를 통하여 충분한 공기를 주입하며, pH가 중성6.5-7.5수준으로 유지되도록 조절된 1차 폭기조 단계;(4) DO=2 이상이 되도록 브로아를 통하여 충분한 공기를 주입하며, pH가 중성6.5-7.5수준으로 유지되도록 조절된 2차 폭기조 단계;(5) 그리고 pH를 7-8수준으로 유지 되도록 조절되고 아지데이타가 설치된 혐기조 단계;(6) 호기조에 유입되어 전단계인 혐기조에서 생분해성 물질로 전환된 난분해성 물질의 제거가 진행 되며, 호기 미생물 세포로 잔여 인이 축적되는 단계;(7) 1차 폭기조 유입 폐수량의 1-2배의 량을 (5)의 혐기조에서 (3)의 1차 폭기조로 내부 순환하는 단계;(8) 잔여 COD 물질의 제거를 위해 금속성 산화제(염화 제2철, 황산 제2철 등)와 반응시킨 다음, pH=7로 중화 후 침전시켜 상등액을 방류 혹은 하수 처리장으로 유입 시키고, 침전물은 공지의 방법으로 농축 후 탈수 전의 초기 고농도 유기폐수 저류조로 이송시키는 단계로 구성된 음식물쓰레기 침출수 및 축산폐수와 같은 초 고농도 유기폐수의 정화방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, (5)단계에서, 혐기조를 다단으로 분리하여 난분해성 물질의 분해 및 탈질을 촉진하는 음식물쓰레기 침출수 및 축산폐수와 같은 초 고농도 유기폐수의 정화방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, (6)단계의 호기조에서 (5)단계 혐기조로, (5)단계 혐기조 유입수의 1-2배를, 내부순환 하여 질소 제거 효율을 증대시키고 슬러지 발생량을 저감시키는 음식물쓰레기 침출수 및 축산폐수와 같은 초 고농도 유기폐수의 정화방법.
