Abstract
Description
도 2는 본 발명의 일 양상에 따른 고농도의 축산폐수 정화용 평관형 세라믹 분리막의 평관형 세라믹 지지체를 제조하는 공정도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 고농도의 축산폐수 정화용 평관형 세라믹 분리막을 보여주는 사진이다.
도 4는 도 3을 확대한 사진이다.
도 5는 종래의 평관형 폴리머 분리막을 보여주는 사진이다.
도 6은 종래의 다른 튜브형 세라믹 분리막을 보여주는 사진이다.
Claims (7)
- 평관형 세라믹 지지체를 제조하는 제1단계(S10)와 평관형 세라믹 지지체를 코팅할 코팅액을 혼합하여 제조하는 제2단계(S20)와, 제1단계에서 제조된 평관형 세라믹 지지체에 제2단계에서 제조된 코팅액을 도포하기 위해 Dip 코팅하여 분리막을 제조하는 제3단계(S30)와 제3단계에서 제조된 분리막을 건조시키는 제4단계(S40)와 제4단계에서 건조된 분리막을 소성시켜 세라믹 분리막을 제조하는 제5단계(S50)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 고농도의 축산폐수 정화용 평관형 세라믹 분리막의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1단계는,
세라믹 지지체를 구성하는 원료를 혼합하는 제1공정(S11)과 제1공정에서 혼합된 혼합물을 혼련하는 제2공정(S12)과, 제2공정에서 혼련된 혼합물을 압출기를 통해 압출하여 평관형의 압출체를 제조하는 제3공정(S13)와 제3공정에서 압출된 압출체를 건조시키는 제4공정(S14)과 제4공정에서 건조된 압출체를 소성시켜 평관형 세라믹 지지체를 제조하는 제5공정(S15)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 고농도의 축산폐수 정화용 평관형 세라믹 분리막의 제조방법. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제1공정(S11)의 원료는 Al2O3, SiO2, clay 및 M/C binder를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 고농도의 축산폐수 정화용 평관형 세라믹 분리막의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제2단계(S20)의 상기 코팅액은,
Al2O3, M/C binder, 증류수 및 에탄올을 혼합하여 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는, 고농도의 축산폐수 정화용 평관형 세라믹 분리막의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제5단계(S50)는,
상기 분리막을 대기 분위기 상태인 소성로에서 1,250℃의 온도로 2시간 정도 소성시킨 것을 특징으로 하는, 고농도의 축산폐수 정화용 평관형 세라믹 분리막의 제조방법. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 고농도의 축산폐수 정화용 평관형 세라믹 분리막의 제조방법에 의해 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는, 고농도의 축산폐수 정화용 평관형 세라믹 분리막.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 분리막은 평관 형상이되, 평관의 내부에 길이 방향으로 긴 동공을 다수개 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 고농도의 축산폐수 정화용 평관형 세라믹 분리막.
