- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 인계 난연제가 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물에 대하여, 인의 함 량이 1,000∼30,000 ppm인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 난연성이 부여된 1,4-사이클로헥산디메탄올 함유 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 디엑시드 성분이 테레프탈산, 이소프탈산, 프탈산, 디메틸 테레프탈레이트, 티메틸이소프탈레이트 및 프탈릭무수물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 난연성이 부여된 1,4-사이클로헥산디메탄올 함유 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 디올 성분이 에틸렌 글리콜, 프로필렌 글리콜, 부틸렌글리콜, 이소프로필렌글리콜, 1-메틸 프로필렌 글리콜, 펜틸렌글리콜로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 난연성이 부여된 1,4-사이클로헥산디메탄올 함유 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물.
- 1) 디엑시드 100 몰%에 대하여, 디올 성분의 합이 100몰%가 되도록 중축합 반응시키되, 디올 성분 5∼69 몰% 및 1,4-사이클로헥산디메탄올 30∼80 몰%를 에스테르화 반응시켜, 비스하이드록시테레프탈레이트를 제조하고,2) 상기 비스하이드록시테레프탈레이트에 하기 화학식 1 또는 화학식 2로 표시되는 화합물에서 선택되는 인계 난연제 1∼25 몰%을 투입하고, 전체 조성물에 대하여, 반응촉매 60 ∼ 400 ppm를 투입하여 혼합물을 제조하고,3) 상기 혼합물을 1.0 Torr이하의 진공하에서 중축합 반응시켜, 고유점도 0.5 내지 1.0 dl/g의 공중합 폴리에스테르 수지를 제조하는 것으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성이 부여된 1,4-사이클로헥산디메탄올 함유 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물의 제조방법.화학식 1화학식 2
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 반응촉매가 티타늄 화합물, 안티몬 화합물, 게르마늄 화합물 및 알루미늄 화합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 단독 또는 혼합형태이고, 전체 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물에 대하여, 60 ∼ 400 ppm 함유되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상 기 1,4-사이클로헥산디메탄올 함유 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 반응촉매가 티타늄 화합물 10 내지 100 ppm 및 안티몬 화합물 50 내지 300 ppm이 함유되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 1,4-사이클로헥산디메탄올 함유 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제1항의 난연성이 부여된 1,4-사이클로헥산디메탄올 함유 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물 단독 또는 이종의 폴리에스테르 수지와 블렌딩하여 성형화된 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성이 부여된 폴리에스테르 수지의 성형제품.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 난연성이 부여된 1,4-사이클로헥산디메탄올 함유 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물 5 내지 30 중량%를 이종의 폴리에스테르 수지 70 내지 95 중량%에 블렌딩하여 성형화된 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 난연성이 부여된 폴리에스테르 수지의 성형제품.
