Abstract
Description
Claims (6)
- 폴리이소시아네이트와 이소시아네이트-반응성 조성물의 반응을 포함하고, 그 반응이 1600 내지 100,000의 이소시아네이트 지수 및 삼량체화 촉매의 존재 중에 수행되고, 상기 폴리이소시아네이트는 a) 40 중량% 이상의 4,4'-디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트 및/또는 상기 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트의 변이체를 포함하고, 그 변이체가 25℃에서 액체이고, 20 중량% 이상의 NCO 값을 갖는, 75-100 중량%의 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트 (폴리이소시아네이트 a), 및 b) 25-0 중량%의 다른 폴리이소시아네이트 (폴리이소시아네이트 b)를 포함하며, 폴리이소시아네이트 a) 및 폴리이소시아네이트 b)의 양은 폴리이소시아네이트 a) 및 폴리이소시아네이트 b)의 총량을 기초로 계산하였고, 상기 이소시아네이트-반응성 조성물은 a) 2-6의 평균 공칭 작용가, 1100-5000의 평균 당량 및 65-100 중량%의 옥시에틸렌 (EO) 함량을 갖는 80-100 중량%의 폴리에테르 폴리올, 및 b) 20-0 중량%의 하나 이상의 다른 이소시아네이트-반응성 화합물을 포함하며, 폴리올 a) 및 화합물 b)의 양은 이 폴리올 a) 및 화합물 b)의 양을 기초로 계산하였고, 상기 하드블록 함량이 50% 이상인, 폴리이소시아누레이트 폴리우레탄 물질의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 당량이 1100-4000이고, 상기 지수가 1700-50,000인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 옥시에틸렌 함량이 65-90 중량%이고, 폴리올 a)의 양이 90-100 중량%이고, 화합물 b)의 양이 0-10 중량%인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 물질이 100 kg/m3 초과의 밀도를 가지는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항의 방법에 따라 만든 물질.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항의 방법에 따라 얻을 수 있는 물질.
