Claims (10)
- 소정의 가동방향으로 이동가능한 가동부재에 부설한 자계발생부재와, 이 자계발생부재의 이동에 의한 자계변화를 검출하는 자계검출수단을 구비하되,상기 자계발생부재가 N극에 착자한 N극부와, 이 N극부와 상기 가동방향으로 늘어선 S극에 착자한 S극부 및, 상기 N극부와 상기 S극부 사이의 착자하고 있지 않은 불착자부로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 위치검출기.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 불착자부의 상기 가동방향의 길이가 상기 자계발생부재의 전장(全長)의 1/10 이상 1/3 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 위치검출기.
- 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서, 상기 자계검출수단은 상기 가동방향으로 늘어서서 자계변화를 검출하는 2개의 자계검출소자를 갖추고,상기 2개의 자계검출소자의 검출신호를 선형범위에 있어서 작은 쪽을 A, 큰 쪽을 B로 하면, (B + A) / (B - A)의 연산을 수행하는 연산수단을 더 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 위치검출기.
- 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서, 상기 자계검출수단은 상기 가동방향으로 늘어서서 자계변화를 검출하는 2개의 자계검출소자를 갖추고,상기 2개의 자계검출소자의 검출신호를 선형범위에 있어서 작은 쪽을 A, 큰 쪽을 B로 하면,A>0인 경우, (A - B) / (A + B) + 2,B<0인 경우, (A - B) / (A + B) - 2,A≤0이고 B≥0인 경우, (B + A) / (B - A)의 연산을 수행하는 연산수단을 더 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 위치검출기.
- 소정의 가동방향으로 이동가능한 가동부재에 부설한 자계발생부재와, 이 자계발생부재의 이동에 의한 자계변화를 검출하는 자계검출수단을 구비하되,상기 자계검출수단은, 상기 가동방향으로 늘어서서 자계변화를 검출하는 2개의 자계검출소자를 갖추고,상기 2개의 자계검출소자의 검출신호를 선형범위에 있어서 작은 쪽을 A, 큰 쪽을 B로 하면,A>0인 경우, (A - B) / (A + B) + 2,B<0인 경우, (A - B) / (A + B) - 2,A≤0이고 B≥0인 경우, (B + A) / (B - A)의 연산을 수행하는 연산수단을 더 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 위치검출기.
- 청구항 1∼5의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 자계검출소자는 홀소자인 것을 특징으로 하는 위치검출기.
- 소정의 가동방향으로 이동가능한 가동부재에 부설되고, 상기 가동방향으로 일정의 폭으로 N극과 S극이 반복되도록 착자된 자계발생부재와,상기 자계발생부재의 이동에 의한 자계변화를 검출하는 2개의 자계검출소자를 갖추되,상기 2개의 자계검출소자가 상기 N극 및 상기 S극의 폭을 각각 1/2δ로 하면, 정수(n)에 대해 상기 가동방향으로 (n/2 + 1/4)δ로 표시되는 간격으로 늘어서서 배치되고,상기 2개의 자계검출소자의 검출신호를 각각 A 및 B로 하면,A 및 B가 모두 0 이상 또는 0 이하인 경우는 (A + B) / (A - B),A 또는 B의 어느 쪽인가 한쪽만이 0 미만인 경우는 (A - B) / (A + B)의 연산을 하는 연산수단을 갖춘 것을 특징으로 하는 위치검출기.
- 청구항 7에 있어서, 상기 자계검출소자는 자기저항효과소자인 것을 특징으로 하는 위치검출기.
- 청구항 1∼8의 어느 하나의 위치검출기를 갖추고,상기 가동부재가 상기 가동방향으로 신장·수축하는 전기기계 변환소자에 의해 상기 가동방향으로 전진·후퇴되는 구동축에 마찰계합하고 있고,상기 전기기계 변환소자의 신장과 수축의 속도를 다르게 함으로써 상기 가동부재를 상기 구동축 상에서 원활하게 이동시키는 압전 액튜에이터인 것을 특징으로 하는 위치결정장치.
- 청구항 9에 있어서, 상기 가동부재는 광학소자를 보호·유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 위치결정장치.
