Claims (9)
- 지르코늄 또는 지르코늄을 포함하는 화합물의 담체에 메타텅스테이트를 담지하고, 교반, 건조시킨 후 소성하여 얻은 텅스텐 옥사이드 지르코니아 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 담체로서 Zr(OH)4에 메타텅스테이트를 담지하고 교반, 건조시킨 후 소성하여 얻은 텅스텐 옥사이드 지르코니아 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, ZrO2, XZ16122(Mono/Tetrag, SiO2(<0.2%)), XZ31107(Formed Zirconia/Silica), SZ31108(Monoclinic, SiO2(<0.2%)) 중에서 선택된 어느 하나 이상의 담체에 메타텅스테이트를 담지하고 교반, 건조시킨 후 소성하여 얻은 텅스텐 옥사이드 지르코니아 촉매.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 선택된 어느 한 항에 있어서, 메타텅스테이트는 5∼25중량% 담지됨을 특징으로 하는 텅스텐 옥사이드 지르코니아 촉매.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 선택된 어느 한 항에 있어서, 메타텅스테이트는 암모니움 메타텅스테이트, 나트륨 메타텅스테이트, 칼륨 메타텅스테이트 중에서 선택된 어느 하나임을 특징으로 하는 텅스텐 옥사이드 지르코니아 촉매.
- 제3항에 있어서, ZrO2, XZ16122(Mono/Tetrag, SiO2(<0.2%)), XZ31107(Formed Zirconia/Silica), SZ31108(Monoclinic, SiO2(<0.2%)) 중에서 선택된 어느 하나의 담체에 메타텅스테이트를 담지하기 전에 ZrO2을 스팀(steam)으로 전처리 하는 단계를 추가로 더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 텅스텐 옥사이드 지르코니아 촉매.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 선택된 어느 한 항에 있어서, 소성은 700∼900℃에서 실시함을 특징으로 하는 텅스텐 옥사이드 지르코니아 촉매.
- 특허청구범위 제1항 내지 제3항 중 선택된 어느 한 항의 텅스텐 옥사이드 지르코니아 촉매 존재하에서 알콜과 유리지방산을 포함하는 오일을 에스테르화 반응시켜 오일 중의 유리지방산을 제거하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 알콜과 오일은 1∼9:9∼1의 몰비로 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
