Abstract
그 목적은 폐식용유 중에 함유된 유리지방산을 제거하여 바이오디젤유 제조 원료로 사용할 수 있도록 하는 불균질계 고체산 촉매인 텅스텐 옥사이드 알루미나 촉매를 보다 손쉽게 제조하는 방법 및 텅스텐 옥사이드 알루미나 촉매 그리고 이 촉매를 이용하여 폐식용유 중에 함유된 유리지방산을 제거하여 바이오디젤유 제조 원료로 사용할 수 있도록 하는 방법을 제공하는 데 있다.
본 발명은 알루미나(Alumina)를 이용하여 일정온도에서 전처리하는 단계와, 상기 전처리 후, 알루미나 100중량부 대비 5~30중량부의 텅스텐산(Tungstic acid)을 혼합하고, 이후 암모늄 수산화물(Ammonium hydroxide) 수용액 및 질산(Nitric acid)을 순차적으로 첨가하여 교반하는 단계와; 교반후 여과(Filtration)를 거친 후, 건조단계 및 소성 단계;를 거쳐 제조하는 텅스텐 옥사이드 알루미나 촉매의 제조 방법 및 촉매와 이를 이용한 유리지방산이 포함되어 있는 폐식용유로부터 유리지방산을 제거하는 방법을 특징으로 한다.

도 2는 본 발명에 따른 텅스텐 옥사이드 알루미나 촉매를 이용한 유리지방산의 제거공정도이다.
Claims (8)
- 알루미나(Alumina)를 이용하여 일정온도에서 전처리하는 단계와;
상기 전처리 후, 알루미나 100중량부 대비 5~30중량부의 텅스텐산(Tungstic acid)을 혼합하고, 이후 암모늄 수산화물(Ammonium hydroxide) 수용액 및 질산(Nitric acid)을 순차적으로 첨가하여 교반하는 단계와;
교반후 여과(Filtration)를 거친 후, 건조단계 및 소성 단계;를 거쳐 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 텅스텐 옥사이드 알루미나 촉매의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 교반은 암모늄 수산화물(Ammonium hydroxide) 수용액을 첨가하여 pH를 pH를 9 ~ 12로 하여 1 ~ 5시간 수행하고, 이후 질산(Nitric acid)을 첨가하여 pH를 3~6으로 하여 2 ~ 5시간 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 텅스텐 옥사이드 알루미나 촉매의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 건조단계에서는 110℃로 2~10시간 건조하고,
상기 소성단계는 450~550℃로 6~10시간 동안 소성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 텅스텐 옥사이드 알루미나 촉매의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 전처리 단계는 400 ~ 550℃의 온도에서 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 텅스텐 옥사이드 알루미나 촉매의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 알루미나(Alumina)는 분말형태(Powder type) 또는 펠렛형태인 것을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 텅스텐 옥사이드 알루미나 촉매의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 1 내지 5 중 어느 한항에 따라 제조되어 강한 산 세기를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 텅스텐 옥사이드 알루미나 촉매.
- 알콜과, 유리지방산이 포함되어 있는 폐식용유를 반응몰비 1:1 ~ 1:12로 혼합하는 단계와;
청구항 1 내지 5 중 어느 한항에 따라 제조된 텅스텐 옥사이드 알루미나 촉매를 상기 폐식용유 100ml당 1~30g을 첨가하여 혼합하는 단계와;
이후 60~250℃에서 2~12시간 동안 100~1200rpm으로 교반하여 에스테르화 반응시켜 폐식용유로부터 유리지방산을 제거하는 단계와;
이후 원심분리기를 이용하여 폐식용중에 포함된 텅스텐 옥사이드 알루미나 촉매를 분리하는 단계와;
이후 폐식용 중 에스테르와 트리글리세라이드를 분리하는 단계;를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 텅스텐 옥사이드 알루미나 촉매를 이용한 유리지방산이 포함되어 있는 폐식용유로부터 유리지방산을 제거하는 방법.
- 청구항 7에 있어서,
상기 트리글리세라이드와 에스테르를 분리하는 방법은 정치법 또는 원심분리법인 것을 특징으로 하는 텅스텐 옥사이드 알루미나 촉매를 이용한 유리지방산이 포함되어 있는 폐식용유로부터 유리지방산을 제거하는 방법.
