Description
Claims (10)
- 액추에이터를 갖는 로봇을 제어하는 로봇 제어 장치에 있어서,케이싱과,상기 케이싱에 수용되어 상기 액추에이터를 구동하는 액추에이터 드라이버와,상기 케이싱에 수용되어 상기 액추에이터 드라이버를 제어하는 구동 제어 보드와,상기 케이싱에 수용되어 상기 구동 제어 보드를 통괄하는 주제어 보드와,상기 케이싱에 수용되어 상기 구동 제어 보드 및 상기 주제어 보드에 전력을 공급하는 주전원 보드와,적어도 상기 구동 제어 보드와, 상기 주제어 보드와, 상기 주전원 보드에 의해 형성되고, 상기 케이싱의 바깥쪽을 향해 개방된 단부를 갖는 통기로(vent passage)와,상기 통기로의 단부에 배치되어, 상기 통기로에 공기를 통과시키는 냉각 팬과,상기 통기로 내에 배치되어, 상기 액추에이터 드라이버를 지지하는 지지 부재를 구비하는 로봇 제어 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 액추에이터 드라이버는 방열면을 갖고,상기 지지 부재는, 상기 방열면이 상기 통기로에서 그 통기로의 통기 방향과 대략 평행하게 되도록, 상기 액추에이터 드라이버를 지지하는로봇 제어 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 통기로는, 구동 제어 보드와 주제어 보드와 주전원 보드와 상기 케이싱의 일부에 의해, 단면 사각형상을 이루고, 또한 대략 직선 형상으로 연장하도록 형성되는 로봇 제어 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 케이싱은,상기 구동 제어 보드가 부착되는 제 1 판과,상기 주제어 보드가 부착되는 제 2 판과,상기 주전원 보드가 부착되는 제 3 판을 갖는로봇 제어 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 케이싱은, 상기 구동 제어 보드가 부착되는 후측판과, 상기 후측판과 대면하는 개폐 가능한 전측판을 갖고,상기 지지 부재는, 상기 액추에이터 드라이버를 케이싱의 전후 방향을 따라 이동 가능하게 지지하고,상기 구동 제어 보드는, 상기 액추에이터 드라이버가 케이싱의 전후 방향을 따라 분리가능(detachable)하게 접속되는 커넥터를 갖는로봇 제어 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 케이싱은,상기 주제어 보드가 부착되는 바닥판과,상기 주전원 보드가 부착되는 천정판을 갖는로봇 제어 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 주전원 보드로부터 입력된 교류 전력을 직류 전력으로 변환하여 상기 구동 제어 보드로 출력하는 제 1 스위칭 전원 보드를 더 구비하고,상기 제 1 스위칭 전원 보드는 상기 제 1 판 또는 상기 제 3 판에 부착되는로봇 제어 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 주전원 보드로부터 입력된 교류 전력을 직류 전력으로 변환하여 상기 주제어 보드로 출력하는 제 2 스위칭 전원 보드를 더 구비하고,상기 제 2 스위칭 전원 보드는 상기 제 2 판 또는 상기 제 3 판에 부착되는로봇 제어 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 케이싱은, 제 1 측판 및 상기 제 1 측판에 대향하는 제 2 측판을 갖고, 상기 제 1 측판 및 상기 제 2 측판은 각각 개구부를 갖고,상기 통기로는, 상기 제 1 측판의 개구부와 상기 제 2 측판의 개구부 사이를 연장하고 있는로봇 제어 장치.
- 액추에이터를 갖는 로봇과, 청구항 1에 기재된 로봇 제어 장치를 구비한 로봇 시스템.
