Claims (29)
- (a) 실리카, 알루미나 및 티타니아의 소스, 및 스트론튬, 칼슘 및 바륨으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나 또는 그 이상의 알칼리 토금속을 포함하는 무기 원료 물질의 뱃치를 조성(formulationg)하는 단계;(b) 산화물 기준으로 희토류 금속 산화물 0.01 내지 10.0중량%를 상기 무기 원료 물질 뱃치에 첨가시키는 단계;(c) 가소화된 혼합물을 형성하기 위하여, 상기 무기 원료물질 뱃치 및 금속산화물을 가소제, 윤활제, 바인더, 공극형성제 및 용제로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 공정보조제와 혼합시키는 단계;(d) 상기 가소화된 혼합물을 성형체(green body)로 형성시키는 단계;(e) 상기 성형체를 주된 알루미늄 티탄산염 상을 형성하기 위하여 충분한 보류시간을 가지고, 1500℃보다 낮은 최고 온도까지 가열하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 티탄산염 제품의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 가소화된 혼합물을 형성하는 단계는 금형을 통한 압출에 의하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 티탄산염 제품의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 희토류 산화물은 이트륨 금속, 란탄 금속 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 티탄산염 제품 의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 희토류 금속 산화물은 La2O3인 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 티탄산염 제품의 제조방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 La2O3는 산화물 기준으로 0.01 내지 2.0중량%의 양으로 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 티탄산염 제품의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 성형체는 8시간 이하의 보류시간을 가지고 소성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 티탄산염 제품의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 희토류 금속 산화물은 산화물 기준으로 0.01 내지 2.0중량%의 양으로 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 티탄산염 제품의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 최고 온도는 1400∼1450℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 티탄산염 제품의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 최고 온도는 1450℃보다 낮은 것을 특징으로 하는 알 루미늄 티탄산염 제품의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 보류시간은 6 내지 8시간인 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 티탄산염 제품의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 무기 원료 물질의 뱃치에, 산화물 기준의 중량퍼센트로 표시되는 40 ∼ 65%의 Al2O3; 25 ∼ 40%의 TiO2; 3 ∼ 12%의 SiO2; 및 SrO, CaO, BaO 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 알칼리 토금속 산화물 2 ∼ 10%가 더 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 티탄산염 제품의 제조방법.

- 제 12항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리 토금속은 스트론튬, 칼슘, 바륨 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나 또는 그 이상이며, 상기 희토류 금속은 이트륨, 란탄 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나 또는 그 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 티탄산염 세라믹 제품.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은, 산화물 기준의 중량 퍼센트로 표시되는 a(Al2O3·TiO2) + b(CaO·Al2O3·2SiO2)+ c(SrO· Al2O3· 2SiO2) + d(BaO· Al2O3· 2SiO2)+ e(3Al2O3· 2SiO2) + f(Al2O3) + g(SiO2) + h(Fe2O3· TiO2) + i(La2O3) + j(La2O3 · 4TiO2· 6Al2O3) + K(LaAlO3)을 더 포함하고, 여기서 a, b, c, d, e, f, g, h, i, j 및 k는 각 성분의 무게분율로서 (a+b+c+d+e+f+g+h+i+j+k=1.000)이며, 상기에서 0.5≤a≤0.95, 0.0≤b≤0.5, 0.0≤c≤0.5, 0.0≤d≤0.5, 0.0≤e≤0.5, 0.0≤f≤0.25, 0.0≤g≤0.1, 0.0≤h≤0.03 및 i + j + k > 0.001 및 b + c + d >0.001인 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 제품.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은, 산화물 기준의 중량 퍼센트로 표시되는 a(Al2O3·TiO2) + b(CaO·Al2O3·2SiO2)+ c(SrO· Al2O3· 2SiO2) + d(BaO· Al2O3· 2SiO2)+ e(3Al2O3· 2SiO2) + f(Al2O3) + g(SiO2) + h(Fe2O3· TiO2) + i(La2O3) + j(La2O3 · TiO2· Al2O3) + K(LaAlO3)을 더 포함하고, 여기서 a, b, c, d, e, f, g, h, i, j 및 k는 각 성분의 무게분율로서 (a+b+c+d+e+f+g+h+i+j+k=1.00)이며, 상기에서 0.5≤a≤0.95, 0.0≤b≤0.5, 0.0≤c≤0.5, 0.0≤d≤0.5, 0.0≤e≤0.5, 0.0≤f≤0.25, 0.0≤g≤0.1, 0.0≤h≤0.005 및 i + j + k > 0.001 및 b + c + d >0.01인 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 제품.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 산화물 기준으로, Al2O3 40 ∼ 65중량%; TiO2 25 ∼ 40중량%; SiO2 3 ∼ 12중량%; 및 SrO, CaO, BaO및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나 또는 그 이상의 알칼리 토금속 산화물 2 ∼ 10중량%; 및 La2O3, Y2O3 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 하나 또는 그 이상의 희토류 산화물 0.01 ∼ 10중량%가 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 제품.
- 제 16항에 있어서, 상기 제품은 산화물 기준으로 Fe2O3가 0.01 내지 0.35 중량%를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 제품.
- 제 16항에 있어서, 상기 제품은 산화물 기준으로 La2O3가 6.0 중량% 이상을 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 제품.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 상기 제품은, 산화물 기준의 중량 퍼센트로 계산되는 산화물 조성물인, 45 ∼ 60%의 Al2O3; 28 ∼ 36%의 TiO2; 5 ∼ 12%의 SiO2; 3 ∼ 8%의 SrO; 0.1 ∼ 5%의 CaO; 및 1 ∼ 9%의 La2O3를 필수적으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 제품.
- 제 12항에 있어서, 상기 제품은 40 부피%보다 큰 공극율을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 제품.
- 제 12항에 있어서, 상기 제품은 10㎛보다 큰 중간값의 공극 크기를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 제품.
- 제 12항에 있어서, 상기 제품은 실온∼1000℃에서 측정되어 15×10-7/℃ 이하인 열팽창 계수를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 제품.
- 제 12항에 있어서, 상기 제품은 실온∼1000℃에서 측정되어 15×10-7/℃ 이하인 열팽창 계수를 가지며, 40부피%보다 큰 공극율을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 제품.
- 필터가, 축상으로 연장되고 단부가 봉인된 복수 개의 입구 셀과 출구셀 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제 12항에 따른 세라믹 제품를 포함하는 디젤 미립자 필터.
- 엔진과 상기 엔진과 상기 디젤 미립자 필터를 상호 연결하는 파이프를 포함 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제 24항의 디젤 미립자 필터를 구비하는 시스템.
- 알루미늄 티탄산염의 주된 결정상과 알칼리 토금속 장석의 비주류 상, 및 알루미늄, 티타늄 및 실리콘을 포함하는 물질 조성물 및 희토류 금속을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 티탄산염 세라믹 제품.
- 제 26항에 있어서, 상기 희토류 금속은 이트륨, 란탄 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 티탄산염 세라믹 제품.
- 제 26항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 스트론튬, 칼슘, 바륨 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나 또는 그 이상의 성분을 더 포함하는 알칼리 토금속을 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 티탄산염 세라믹 제품.
- 제 26항에 있어서, 상기 제품는 알루미나의 비주류 상을 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 티탄산염 세라믹 제품.
