Claims (16)
- 발광 부품으로서,상기 발광 부품은 발광 영역(4;40)을 형성하며 부품 표면(5)에 대해 분포되고 전류가 인가될 때 각각 발광하는 다수의 유기 영역(60, 61, 62)에 전압을 인가하기 위한 전극 장치(arrangement)를 가지며,상기 다수의 유기 영역(60, 61, 62)은 평탄하게 형성된 전극(63)과 평탄하게 형성된 카운터-전극(70) 사이에 배열되어,상기 전극(63)은 부분(part) 전극(64)과 상기 부분 전극(64)으로부터 전기적으로 절연되며 상기 부분 전극(64)과 인터록되도록 형성되는 추가 부분 전극(65)으로 구성되고, 상기 부품 표면(5)을 향할 때 상기 전극(63)과 카운터-전극(70)은 발광 영역(4;40) 외측에서 이들이 서로 중첩되지 않도록 형성되는, 발광 부품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 카운터-전극(70)은 부분 카운터 전극(71)과 상기 부분 카운터 전극(71)과 전기적으로 절연되고 서로 인터록되는 추가 부분 카운터-전극(71)을 포함하며, 상기 부분 전극(64)과 상기 추가 부분 전극(65), 및 상기 부분 카운터 전극(71)과 상기 추가 부분 카운터-전극(72)은 상기 부품 표면(5)을 향할 때 서로 마주하게 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 부품.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 전극(64)과 상기 추가 부분 전극(72)은 상기 다수의 유기 영역(60,61; 61,62)으로부터 2개의 상이한 영역과 서로 접촉되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 부품.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 2개의 상이한 유기 영역(60,61; 61,62)은 이들이 상이한 색상의 광을 방출하도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 부품.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3항중 적어도 한 항에 있어서,상기 부분 전극(64)과 상기 추가 부분 카운터-전극(72)은 상기 부품 표면을 향할 때 상기 발광 영역(4; 40) 내에서 적어도 부분적으로 오버랩되도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 부품.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 추가 부분 전극(65)과 상기 부분 카운터-전극(71)은 상기 유기 영역(62;60)중 정확히 하나와 서로 접촉되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 부품.
- 제 3 항 및 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 정확히 하나의 유기 영역(62; 60)은 상기 2개의 상이한 유기 영역(60, 61; 61, 62)에 의해 방출되는 광과 상이한 광을 방출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 부품.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항중 적어도 한 항에 있어서,상기 전극(63), 상기 부분 전극(64)의 전극 섹션들(66) 및 상기 추가 부분 전극(65)의 전극 섹션들(67)은 상기 부품 표면(5)을 향하는 경우 사이에 갭을 두고 서로 옵셋되게 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 부품.
- 제 2 항 내지 제 8 항중 적어도 한 항에 있어서,상기 카운터-전극(70), 상기 부분 카운터-전극(71)의 전극 섹션들(74) 및 상기 추가 부분 카운터 전극(72)의 전극 섹션들(73)은 상기 부품 표면(5)을 향하는 경우 사이에 갭을 두고 서로 옵셋되게 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 부품.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항중 적어도 한 항에 있어서,상기 전극(63) 및/또는 상기 카운터-전극(70)은 스트립으로 형성된 전극 섹션들(66, 67, 73, 74)을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 부품.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항중 적어도 한 항에 있어서,상기 전극(63) 및/또는 상기 카운터-전극(70)은 서로 단일층에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 부품.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항중 적어도 한 항에 있어서,상기 전극(63) 및/또는 상기 카운터-전극(70)은 다수의 층들에 대해 분포되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 부품.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항중 적어도 한 항에 있어서,상기 발광 영역(4;40)내의 상기 카운터-전극(70) 및/또는 상기 전극(63)은 상기 발광 영역내에서 상기 유기 영역(60, 61, 62)과 실질적으로 완전히 오버랩되도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 부품.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 13 항중 적어도 한 항에 있어서,상기 부분 전극(64)과 상기 추가 부분 전극(65), 및 상기 부분 카운터-저늑(71)과 상기 추가 부분 카운터-전극(72)은 콤브(comb) 형태로 서로 인터록되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 부품.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 14 항중 적어도 한 항에 있어서,상기 다수의 유기 영역(60, 61, 62)은 수집(aggregate) 백색광 방출 스펙트럼을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 부품.
- 전극 장치를 가지는 발광 부품으로서,상기 발광 부품은 평탄하게 형성된 전극(81)과 평탄하게 형성된 카운터-전극(80) 사이에 배열되며 전압이 인가될 때 광을 방출하는 다수의 유기 영역(y;b)에 전압을 인가하기 위한 전극 장치를 가지며, 다수의 직렬 회로들의 장치가 형성되며,- 상기 전극(81)은 서로 인접하게 배열된 다수의 스트립 세그먼트로 형성되며, 상기 카운터 전극은 세그먼트화되며(80);- 상기 다수의 유기 영역(y;b)은 상기 전극(81)의 다수의 스트립 세그먼트에 서로 접속되며;- 상기 세그먼트화된 카운터 전극(80)에 의해, 각각의 유기 영역(y;b)은 인접한 하나의 스트립 세그먼트와 접속되어, 다수의 스트립 세그먼트중 하나와 인접하게 배열되어, 상기 다수의 유기 영역의 한 부분(b)은 하나의 측면상에서 하나의 인접한 스트립 세그먼트와 접속되며 유기 영역의 다른 부분(y)은 맞은편 상에서 인접한 스트립 세그먼트와 접속되는, 발광 부품.
