Claims (19)
- 유입물이 스케일링 또는 무기 오염 상태를 야기하기에 충분한 염 또는 무기 산화물의 농도를 갖는 막 생물반응기에서 투과속도를 개선하기 위한 방법에 있어서, 유효량의 1종 이상의 양이온성, 양쪽성 또는 쯔비터이온성 중합체, 또는 이의 결합물을 막 생물반응기에 첨가함을 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 염 또는 무기 산화물은 마그네슘, 칼슘, 규소 및 철로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 마그네슘 및 칼슘은 약 5 ppm 이상의 농도를 갖고, 또는 철은 약 0.1 ppm 이상의 농도를 가지며, 또는 규소는 약 5 ppm 이상의 농도를 갖는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 양이온성 중합체의 유효량은 전체 막 생물반응기의 체적을 기준으로 활성물질로서 약 10 - 약 2,000 ppm 인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 막 반응기는 혐기 반응기, 무산소 반응기, 및 호기 반응기 중 2개 이상의 결합을 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 막 생물반응기는 1종 이상의 호기 반응기를 포함하는 방법.
- 하기 단계를 포함하는, 막 생물반응기에서 투과속도를 개선하기 위한 방법:혐기 반응기, 무산소 반응기, 및 호기 반응기 중 2개 이상의 결합을 포함하는 막 생물반응기를 제공함; 및유효량의 1종 이상의 양이온성, 양쪽성 또는 쯔비터이온성 중합체, 또는 이의 결합물을 막 생물반응기에 첨가함.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 양이온성 중합체의 유효량은 전체 막 생물반응기의 체적을 기준으로 활성물질로서 약 10 - 약 2,000 ppm 인 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 막 생물반응기에 첨가된 양이온성 중합체는 약 25,000 Da 이상의 분자량을 갖는 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 막 생물반응기에 첨가된 양이온성 중합체는 약 10 몰% 이상의 전하를 갖는 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 중합체에 첨가된 양이온성 중합체는 약 25,000 Da 이상 및 약 10 몰% 이상의 전하를 갖는 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 양이온성 중합체는 암모니아 또는 에틸렌디아민과 가교결합된 에피클로로히드린-디메틸아민의 중합체; 에피클로로히드린 및 디메틸아민의 선형 중합체; 폴리에틸렌이민의 단독중합체; 폴리디알릴디메틸암모늄 클로라이드; DMAEM·H2SO4의 단독중합체; 중합된 트리에탄올아민/4차 메틸 클로라이드, 중합된 트리에탄올아민 및 톨유(tall oil) 지방산/4차 메틸 클로라이드, 폴리에틸렌디클로라이드/암모니아, 및 변성 폴리에틸렌이민으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 양이온성 중합체는 (메트)아크릴아미드의 중합체이고, 1종 이상의 양이온성 단량체는 디알킬아미노알킬 아크릴레이트 및 그것의 4차 또는 산 염, 디알킬아미노알킬 메타크릴레이트 및 그것의 4차 또는 산 염, 디메틸아미노에틸 아크릴레이트 메틸 클로라이드 4차 염, 디메틸아미노에틸 아크릴레이트 메틸 술페이트 4차 염, 디메틸아미노에틸 아크릴레이트 벤질 클로라이드 4차 염, 디메틸아미노에틸 아크릴레이트 황산 염, 디메틸아미노에틸 아크릴레이트 염산 염, 디메틸아미노에틸 메타크릴레이트 메틸 클로라이드 4차 염, 디메틸아미노에틸 메타크릴레이트 메틸 술페이트 4차 염, 디메틸아미노에틸 메타크릴레이트 벤질 클로라이드 4차 염, 디메틸아미노에틸 메타크릴레이트 황산 염, 디메틸아미노에틸 메타크릴레이트 염산 염, 디알킬아미노알킬아크릴아미드 또는 메타크릴아미드 및 그의 4차 또 는 산 염, 예컨대 아크릴아미도프로필트리메틸암모늄 클로라이드, 디메틸아미노프로필 아크릴아미드 메틸 술페이트 4차 염, 디메틸아미노프로필 아크릴아미드 황산 염, 디메틸아미노프로필 아크릴아미드 염산 염, 메타크릴아미도프로필트리메틸암모늄 클로라이드, 디메틸아미노프로필 메타크릴아미드 메틸 술페이트 4차 염, 디메틸아미노프로필 메타크릴아미드 디에틸아미노에틸아크릴레이트, 디에틸아미노에틸메타크릴레이트, 디알릴디에틸암모늄 클로라이드 및 디알릴디메틸 암모늄 클로라이드로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 양이온성 중합체는 디알릴디메틸암모늄 클로라이드/아크릴아미드 공중합체인 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 양쪽성 중합체는 디메틸아미노에틸 아크릴레이트 메틸 클로라이드 4차 염/아크릴산 공중합체, 디알릴디메틸암모늄 클로라이드/아크릴산 공중합체, 디메틸아미노에틸 아크릴레이트 메틸 클로라이드 염/N,N-디메틸-N-메타크릴아미도프로필-N-(3-술포프로필)-암모늄 베타인 공중합체, 아크릴산/N,N-디메틸-N-메타크릴아미도프로필-N-(3-술포프로필)-암모늄 베타인 공중합체 및 DMAEA·MCQ/아크릴산/N,N-디메틸-N-메타크릴아미도프로필-N-(3-술포프로필)-암모늄 베타인 3원중합체로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 쯔비터이온성 중합체는 약 99 몰%의 N,N-디메틸-N-메타크 릴아미도프로필-N-(3-술포프로필)-암모늄 베타인 및 약 1 몰% 이상의 비이온성 단량체로 이루어진 방법.
- 하기 단계를 포함하는, 막 생물반응기에서 투과속도를 개선하기 위한 방법:1종 이상의 혐기 소화장치를 포함하는 막 생물반응기를 제공함; 및유효량의 1종 이상의 양이온성, 양쪽성 또는 쯔비터이온성 중합체, 또는 이의 결합물을 막 생물반응기에 첨가함.
- 하기 단계를 포함하는, 막 생물반응기에서 투과속도를 개선하기 위한 방법:1종 이상의 혐기 소화장치 및 1종 이상의 호기 반응기의 결합을 포함하는 막 생물반응기를 제공함; 및유효량의 1종 이상의 양이온성, 양쪽성 또는 쯔비터이온성 중합체, 또는 이의 결합물을 막 생물반응기에 첨가함.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 염은 카보네이트, 포스페이트, 옥실레이트 및 술페이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 방법.
