Claims (18)
- 200,000 달톤 초과의 분자량을 갖는 하나 이상의 양이온성 중합체들의 유효량을 활성화된 슬러지에 첨가하는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 양이온성 중합체들은 생물막 반응기(MBR)의 무산소조에 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 산업용 폐수를 처리하는 MBR에서 상기 활성화된 슬러지를 조절하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 양이온성 중합체들을 상기 MBR로 유입되는 흐름에 첨가함으로써 상기 중합체들을 상기 활성화된 슬러지에 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산업용 폐수를 처리하는 MBR에서 상기 활성화된 슬러지를 조절하는 방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 양이온성 중합체들을 상기 MBR의 통기조 또는 상기 MBR의 멤브레인 탱크에 첨가함으로써 상기 중합체들을 상기 활성화된 슬러지에 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산업용 폐수를 처리하는 MBR에서 상기 활성화된 슬러지를 조절하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 활성화된 슬러지에 첨가될 수 있는 하나 이상의 2가의 이온들, 하나 이상의 3가의 이온들 또는 그 조합의 유효량을 첨가하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산업용 폐수를 처리하는 MBR에서 상기 활성화된 슬러지를 조절하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 양이온성 중합체들은 디메틸아미노에틸 아크릴레이트 메틸 클로라이드 4차 염; 디메틸아미노에틸 아크릴레이트 메틸 설페이트 4차염; 디메틸아미노에틸 아크릴레이트 벤질 클로라이드 4차염; 디메틸아미노에틸 아크릴레이트 황산염; 디메틸아미노에틸 아크릴레이트 염산염; 디메틸아미노에틸 메타크릴레이트 메틸 클로라이드 4차염; 디메틸아미노에틸 메타크릴레이트 메틸 설페이트 4차염; 디메틸아미노에틸 메타크릴레이트 벤질 클로라이드 4차염; 디메틸아미노에틸 메타크릴레이트 황산염; 디메틸아미노에틸 메타크릴레이트 염산염; 디알킬아미노알킬아크릴아미드 또는 메타크릴아미드, 및 그들의 4차염 또는 산염;으로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택된 단량체들을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산업용 폐수를 처리하는 MBR에서 상기 활성화된 슬러지를 조절하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 양이온성 중합체들은 DMAEA/MCQ, DMAEA/BCQ, DMAEM/MCQ 및 DMAEM/BCQ로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택되고, 상기 중합체는 마니히 반응들(mannich reactions)을 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산업용 폐수를 처리하는 MBR에서 상기 활성화된 슬러지를 조절하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,활성제들로서 상기 양이온성 중합체들의 유효량은 3 mg/L 내지 500 mg/L인 것을 특징으로 하는 산업용 폐수를 처리하는 MBR에서 상기 활성화된 슬러지를 조절하는 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 2가의 이온은 Ca 및 Mg으로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 산업용 폐수를 처리하는 MBR에서 상기 활성화된 슬러지를 조절하는 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 3가의 이온은 Al 및 Fe로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 산업용 폐수를 처리하는 MBR에서 상기 활성화된 슬러지를 조절하는 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 Ca 이온은 CaCl2, Ca(OH)2, Ca(C2H3O2)2, CaO 및 그의 수화물들로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택된 형태로 상기 MBR에 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 산업용 폐수를 처리하는 MBR에서 상기 활성화된 슬러지를 조절하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 양이온성 중합체들은 상기 양이온성 중합체들 내의 단량체의 수를 기초로 할 때 5% 내지 100% 범위의 순 양전하(net cationic charge)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 산업용 폐수를 처리하는 MBR에서 상기 활성화된 슬러지를 조절하는 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 2가의 이온의 유효량은 10 mg/l 내지 500 mg/l인 것을 특징으로 하는 산업용 폐수를 처리하는 MBR에서 상기 활성화된 슬러지를 조절하는 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 3가의 이온의 유효량은 50 mg/l 내지 1000 mg/l인 것을 특징으로 하는 산업용 폐수를 처리하는 MBR에서 상기 활성화된 슬러지를 조절하는 방법.
- 200,000 달톤 초과의 분자량을 갖는 하나 이상의 양이온성 중합체들의 유효량을 MBR의 활성화된 슬러지에 첨가하는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 양이온성 중합체들은 생물막 반응기(MBR)의 무산소조에 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 산업용 폐수를 처리하는 상기 MBR에서 멤브레인을 통하여 막여과속도를 개선시키는 방법.
- 200,000 달톤 초과의 분자량을 갖는 하나 이상의 양이온성 중합체들의 유효량을 MBR의 활성화된 슬러지에 첨가하는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 양이온성 중합체들은 생물막 반응기(MBR)의 무산소조에 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 MBR에서 활성화된 슬러지의 거품발생을 감소시키는 방법.
- 200,000 달톤 초과의 분자량을 갖는 하나 이상의 양이온성 중합체들의 유효량을 MBR의 활성화된 슬러지에 첨가하는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 양이온성 중합체들은 생물막 반응기(MBR)의 무산소조에 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 MBR에서 오염을 감소시키는 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 Mg 이온은 MgCl2, Mg(OH)2, Mg(C2H3O2)2, MgSO4, MgO 및 그의 수화물들로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택된 형태로 상기 MBR에 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 산업용 폐수를 처리하는 MBR에서 상기 활성화된 슬러지를 조절하는 방법.
