Claims (5)
- 화상 형성 장치이며,가동가능한 화상 담지 부재와,상기 화상 담지 부재 상에 복수의 토너 화상을 반복적으로 형성하는 토너 화상 형성 수단과,상기 화상 담지 부재 상의 토너 화상 사이의 화상간 영역 내의 검지 토너 화상을 형성하는 검지 토너 화상 형성 수단과,기록재의 개재를 통해 상기 화상 담지 부재 내의 토너 화상이 형성되는 영역과 접촉하고, 기록재가 없는 화상간 영역과 접촉하며, 상기 화상 담지 부재 내에 형성된 토너 화상을 상기 기록재로 정전기적으로 전사하는 전사 부재와,상기 화상 담지 부재 상의 검지 토너 화상을 검지하는 검지 수단과,검지 결과에 기초하여 상기 토너 화상 형성 수단의 토너 화상 형성 조건을 가변 제어하는 제어 수단과,상기 전사 부재가 상기 화상간 영역과 접촉하는 동안, 상기 전사 부재에 부착되는 토너를 제거하도록 상기 전사 부재에 부착되는 토너를 상기 화상 담지 부재로 정전기적으로 이동시키는 세척 전기장을 형성하는 토너 제거 수단을 포함하고,상기 전사 부재가 접촉하는 화상간 영역 내에서 세척 전기장을 형성하기 전에 상기 검지 토너 화상이 형성되는 경우에 상기 토너 제거 수단이 세척 전기장을 형성할 때의 시간이 T1이고, 상기 전사 부재가 접촉하는 화상간 영역 내에 검지 토 너 화상이 형성되지 않는 경우에 상기 토너 제거 수단이 상기 세척 전기장을 형성할 때의 시간이 T2이면, T1이 T2보다 긴 화상 형성 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전사 부재는 상기 화상 담지 부재와 접촉하는 동안 회전되는 롤러이고,상기 전사 부재는 T1동안 적어도 2회전되고, T2동안 적어도 1회전되는 화상 형성 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 토너 화상 형성 수단은 복수의 컬러의 토너를 이용하는 토너 화상을 형성하고, 상기 검지 토너 화상 형성 수단은 복수의 컬러의 토너를 이용하는 복수의 검지 토너 화상을 형성하는 화상 형성 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 검지 토너 화상은 상기 화상 담지 부재의 이동방향으로 서로 중첩되는 화상 형성 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 전사 부재가 상기 화상 담지 부재 상의 토너 화상을 기록재로 전사할 때 소정의 극성을 갖는 바이어스를 인가하는 전력 공급부를 추가로 포함하고,상기 전력 공급부는 화상간 영역 내의 검지 토너 화상이 상기 전사 부재와 접촉할 때, 상기 소정의 극성의 반대 극성을 갖는 바이어스를 상기 전사 부재로 인 가하는 화상 형성 장치.
