Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 크래킹 압력의 조절이 가능한 안전밸브장치에 있어, 상기 크래킹 압력의 조절은, 아무런 분해조작도 동반하지 않고 외부로부터 행하는 것을 가능하게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 안전밸브장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 외부로부터 회전조작 가능한 회전통을 구비하고, 상기 회전통에 내장한 크래킹 압력조절부를 구동하는 것에 의해서 크래킹 압력의 조절을 행하는 안전밸브장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 회전통은 암나사부를 구비하여, 거기에 상기 크래킹 압력조절부에 형성한 숫나사부를 서로 맞물림시키고, 상기 회전통의 회전에 따라 숫나사부가 형성된 부분를 직선적으로 변위시키는 것에 의해서 크래킹 압력의 조절을 가능하게 한 안전밸브장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 크래킹 압력조절부는, 밸브하우징에 씌워지는 밸브홀더와, 바깥둘레면에 숫나사를 가지고 있고 벨로우즈를 사이에 두고 상기 밸브홀더에 연달아 설치하는 가동스프링받이와, 라인접속구를 구비한 벨로우즈를 사이에 두고 상기 가동스프링받이에 연달아 설치되는 벨로우즈 본체로 구성되는 안전밸브장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 밸브홀더와, 상기 가동스프링받이와, 상기 벨로우즈 본체와, 상기 2개의 벨로우즈가 일체 성형되어 있는 안전밸브장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 크래킹 압력조절부는, 밸브하우징에 씌워지는 밸브홀더와, 바깥둘레면에 숫나사를 가지고 있고 벨로우즈를 사이에 두고 상기 밸브홀더에 연달아 설치됨과 동시에, 라인접속구를 구비한 벨로우즈를 사이에 두고 상기 밸브홀더에 연달아 설치되는 가동스프링받이로 이루어지는 안전밸브장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 밸브홀더와 상기 벨로우즈와 상기 가동스프링받이가 일체 성형되어 있는 안전밸브장치.
- 안둘레면에 암나사를 새긴 회전통과, 중간부가 상기 회전통내에 들어가는 크래킹 압력조절부와, 상기 크래킹 압력조절부의 끝단부에 형성되는 밸브홀더와, 상기 밸브홀더부내에 들어가는 밸브하우징과, 상기 밸브하우징내에 설치되는 밸브와, 상기 밸브홀더에 씌워지는 링을 구비하고,상기 크래킹 압력조절부는 밸브홀더와, 바깥둘레면에 회전통의 암나사에 서로 맞물리는 숫나사를 가지고 있고 밸브홀더에 벨로우즈를 사이에 두고 연달아 설치되는 가동스프링받이와, 라인접속구를 가지고 있고 상기 가동스프링받이에 벨로우즈를 사이에 두고 연달아 설치되는 벨로우즈 본체로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 안전밸브장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 밸브홀더와 상기 가동스프링받이와 상기 벨로우즈본체와 상기 2개의 벨로우즈가 일체 성형되어 있는 안전밸브장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 안둘레면에, 상기 회전통의 절반부 바깥둘레면에 형성되는 숫나사에, 서로 맞물리는 암나사를 가지는 스토퍼링을 설치하고, 상기 스토퍼링의 일측면측인 원형개구의 일부에 직선부를 형성하며, 상기 스토퍼링내에 삽입되는 상기 밸브홀더의 바깥둘레면에 상기 직선부에 대응하는 평탄부를 설치한 안전밸브장치.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 평탄면에 눈금을 표시한 안전밸브장치.
- 안둘레면에 암나사를 새긴 회전통과, 중간부가 상기 회전통내에 들어가는 크래킹 압력조절부와, 상기 크래킹 압력조절부의 끝단부에 형성되는 밸브홀더와, 상기 밸브홀더내에 들어가는 밸브하우징과, 상기 밸브하우징내에 설치되는 밸브와, 상기 밸브홀더에 씌워지는 링을 구비한 상기 크래킹 압력 조절부는, 상기 밸브홀더와, 바깥둘레면에 상기 회전통의 암나사에 서로 맞물리는 숫나사를 가짐과 동시에 라인접속구를 가지고 있고 상기 밸브홀더에 벨로우즈를 사이에 두고 연달아 설치되는 가동스프링받이로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 안전밸브장치.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 밸브홀더와 상기 가동스프링받이와 상기 벨로우즈가 일체 성형되어 있는 안전밸브장치.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 안둘레면에, 상기 회전통의 절반부 바깥둘레면에 형성되는 숫나사에, 서로 맞물리는 암나사를 갖는 스토퍼링을 설치하고, 상기 스토퍼링의 일측면측인 원형개구의 일부에 직선부를 형성하며, 상기 스토퍼링내에 삽입되는 상기 밸브홀더의 바깥둘레면에, 상기 직선부에 대응하는 평탄부를 설치한 안전밸브장치.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 상기 평탄면에 눈금을 표시한 안전밸브장치.
