Description
Claims (15)
- 기판;상기 기판의 일면에 형성된 제 1 유기 전계 발광부; 및상기 기판의 일면에 형성되고, 상기 제 1 유기 전계 발광부에 인접한 제 2 유기 전계 발광부;를 포함하고,상기 제 1 유기 전계 발광부로부터 발광된 빛은 상기 기판의 일측을 향해 노출되고, 상기 제 2 유기 전계 발광부로부터 발광된 빛은 상기 기판의 타측을 향해 노출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 표시 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 유기 전계 발광부 및 상기 제 2 유기 전계 발광부는 각 화소에 적어도 하나의 박막 트랜지스터를 포함하고,상기 제 1 유기 전계 발광부의 박막 트랜지스터와 상기 제 2 유기 전계 발광부의 박막 트랜지스터는 동일한 층에 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 표시장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 유기 전계 발광부의 박막 트랜지스터와 상기 제 2 유기 전계 발광부의 박막 트랜지스터는, 각각 상기 기판 상에서 동일층에 형성된 것으로,반도체 활성층;상기 반도체 활성층의 채널 영역에 대응되는 영역에 형성된 게이트 전극; 및상기 반도체 활성층의 소스 및 드레인 영역에 각각 접하도록 도전성 소재로 구비된 소스 및 드레인 전극;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 유기 전계 발광부 및 상기 제 2 유기 전계 발광부는 각 화소에서 데이터 신호를 입력받아 선택되는 스위칭 박막 트랜지스터를 포함하고,상기 제 1 유기 전계 발광부의 스위칭 박막 트랜지스터와 상기 제 2 유기 전계 발광부의 스위칭 박막 트랜지스터는 동일한 데이터 라인과 전기적으로 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 유기 전계 발광부 및 상기 제 2 유기 전계 발광부는 각 화소에서 유기 전계 발광 소자를 구동하는 구동 박막 트랜지스터를 포함하고,상기 제 1 유기 전계 발광부의 구동 박막 트랜지스터와 상기 제 2 유기 전계 발광부의 구동 박막 트랜지스터는 동일한 구동 라인과 전기적으로 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 유기 전계 발광부는 상기 기판의 대향측을 향해 발광하고, 상기 제 2 유기 전계 발광부는 상기 기판측을 향해 발광하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 표시장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 유기 전계 발광부는 상기 기판측에 가까운 순서대로 순차적으로 구비된 제 1 전극층, 유기층, 및 제 2 전극층을 포함하고,상기 제 1 전극층은 반사형 전극이고, 상기 제 2 전극층은 투과형 전극인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 표시장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 유기 전계 발광부의 제 1 전극층은,기판측에 형성된 금속 전극층; 및기판의 대향측에 형성된 투명 전극층;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 표시장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 유기 전계 발광부의 제 2 전극층은,기판측에 형성된 금속 전극층; 및기판의 대향측에 형성된 투명 전극층;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 표시장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 유기 전계 발광부는 상기 기판측에 가까운 순서대로 순차적으로 구비된 제 1 전극층, 유기층, 및 제 2 전극층을 포함하고,상기 제 1 전극층은 투과형 전극이고, 상기 제 2 전극층은 반사형 전극인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 표시장치.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 유기 전계 발광부의 제 1 전극층은 투명 전극층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 표시장치.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 유기 전계 발광부의 제 2 전극층은 금속 전극층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 유기 전계 발광부와 상기 제 2 유기 전계 발광부는 서로 교호적으로 구동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 유기 전계 발광부 상에서, 상기 기판의 대향측에 흡습제가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 기판의 타면 중 상기 제 1 유기 전계 발광부가 형성된 위치에는, 외광 반사부재가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 표시장치.
