Description
Claims (18)
- 제1 기판,상기 제1 기판 위에 위치하는 반투과 부재,상기 제1 기판과 상기 반투과 부재 사이에 위치하고, 제1 화소에서 제2 화소까지 연속적으로 뻗어 있는 반사 부재,상기 반사 부재와 상기 반투과 부재 사이에 위치하는 유기 발광 부재,상기 반사 부재와 상기 반투과 부재 사이에 위치하고, 상기 제1 기판 위에 위치하는 박막 트랜지스터에 연결되는 투명 전극 그리고상기 제1 기판과 마주보는 제2 기판 위에 위치하는 색필터를 포함하고,상기 반투과 부재는 상기 박막 트랜지스터와 상기 색필터 사이에 위치하는 유기 발광 표시 장치.
- 제1항에서,상기 반투과 부재는 상기 박막 트랜지스터와 전기적으로 연결되지 않는 유기 발광 표시 장치.
- 제1항에서,상기 박막 트랜지스터와 상기 반투과 부재 사이에 위치하는 제1 절연막 그리고상기 반투과 부재와 상기 투명 전극 사이에 위치하는 보정층을 더 포함하는 유기 발광 표시 장치.
- 제3항에서,상기 반투과 부재는 상기 박막 트랜지스터와 전기적으로 연결되지 않는 유기 발광 표시 장치.
- 제4항에서,상기 보정층, 상기 투명 전극, 상기 유기 발광 부재 및 상기 반사 부재는 상기 반투과 부재 위에 연속적으로 적층되어 있는 유기 발광 표시 장치.
- 제5항에서,상기 보정층의 두께는 300nm 내지 999nm인 유기 발광 표시 장치.
- 반사 부재,상기 반사 부재와 공진 구조를 형성하는 반투과 부재,상기 반사 부재와 상기 반투과 부재 사이에 위치하는 유기 발광 부재,상기 반사 부재와 상기 반투과 부재 사이에 위치하는 투명 전극 그리고상기 반사 부재와 상기 반투과 부재 사이에 위치하여 상기 반사 부재와 상기 반투과 부재 사이에 기설정된 간격을 형성하는 보상층을 포함하고,상기 반투과 부재와 상기 반사 부재는 모두 제1 화소에서 제2 화소까지 연속적으로 뻗어 있는 유기 발광 표시 장치.
- 제7항에서,상기 반투과 부재는 박막 트랜지스터와 전기적으로 연결되지 않는 유기 발광 표시 장치.
- 제8항에서,상기 박막 트랜지스터와 상기 반투과 부재 사이에 위치하는 제1 절연막,상기 반투과 부재와 상기 투명 전극 사이에 위치하는 보정층 그리고기판 위에 위치하는 색필터를 더 포함하는 유기 발광 표시 장치.
- 제9항에서,상기 보정층, 상기 투명 전극, 상기 유기 발광 부재 및 상기 반사 부재는 상기 반투과 부재 위에 연속적으로 적층되어 있는 유기 발광 표시 장치.
- 제10항에서,상기 보정층의 두께는 300nm 내지 999nm 인 유기 발광 표시 장치.
