Claims (8)
- 히트실링층을 적어도 일면에 가지는 하나의 시트와, 히트실링층을 적어도 일면에 가지는 다른 시트를, 각각의 히트실링층을 대향시켜서 겹치고 둘레 가장자리부를 실링하는 동시에, 대향하는 히트실링층에 의해 형성되는 용기 내벽면의 일부를 용기 외부로부터 열압착해서 설치한 약 실링부에 의해 용기 내부를 복실로 구획하는 복실용기로서, 상기 내벽면을 형성하는 2개의 히트실링층 모두가, 환상 폴리올레핀계 수지만을 수지성분으로서 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복실용기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 내벽면을 형성하는 2개의 히트실링층 중 적어도 일방이, (A) 유리전이온도가 100℃ 미만인 환상 폴리올레핀계 수지와, (B) 유리전이온도가 100℃ 이상인 환상 폴리올레핀계 수지로 이루어지는 환상 폴리올레핀계 수지조성물만을 수지성분으로서 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복실용기.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 (A) 유리전이온도가 100℃ 미만인 환상 폴리올레핀과 상기 (B) 유리전이온도가 100℃ 이상인 환상 폴리올레핀의 배합비가 (A)/(B)=2/ 98∼70/30(질량비)인 것을 특징으로 하는 복실용기.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 (A) 유리전이온도가 100℃ 미만인 환상 폴리올레핀과 (B) 유리전이온도가 100℃ 이상인 환상 폴리올레핀의 유리전이온도의 온도차가 20℃ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 복실용기.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 환상 폴리올레핀계 수지가 하기 화학식 1 및/또는 2로 표시되는 구조단위를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 복실용기.(화학식 1)(화학식 2)(식 중, R1, R2, R3, R4는 서로 동일한 또는 이종의 탄소수 1∼20의 유기기를 나타내고, R1과 R2, 및/또는 R3과 R4는 서로 환을 형성해도 좋다. m, p는 0 또는 1 이상의 정수를 나타낸다. l, n은 1 이상의 정수를 나타낸다.)
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 환상 폴리올레핀계 수지가 폴리노르보르넨계 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 복실용기.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 약 실링부가, (A) 유리전이온도가 100℃ 미만인 환상 폴리올레핀계 수지 및/또는 (B) 유리전이온도가 100℃ 이상인 환상 폴리올레핀계 수지를 포함하는 층을 적어도 표면층으로서 구비하는 테이프를, 대향하는 상기 내벽면간에 삽입한 상태로 해당 위치를 용기 외부로부터 열압착함으로써 형성된 것인 것을 특징으로 하는 복실용기.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제14개정 일본 약국방에 준거하여 시험한 고압증기 멸균온도가 105℃ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 복실용기.
