Claims (25)
- (A)복수의 탄소-탄소 2중 결합을 갖는 탄화수소 화합물, 및(B)탄소질 재료를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경화성 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 복수의 탄소-탄소 2중 결합을 갖는 탄화수소 화합물(A)은, 측쇄에 탄소-탄소 2중 결합을 갖는 폴리머인 것을 특징으로 하는 경화성 조성물.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 탄소-탄소 2중 결합을 갖는 폴리머는, 측쇄에 탄소-탄소 2중 결합을 갖고, 60몰% 이상의 포화된 모노머 단위를 함유하는 주쇄를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 경화성 조성물.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 측쇄에 탄소-탄소 2중 결합을 갖고, 60몰% 이상의 포화 모노머 단위를 함유하는 주쇄를 갖는 폴리머는, 주모노머로서 디엔 화합물을 중합시켜 얻어지는 폴리머인 것을 특징으로 하는 경화성 조성물.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 디엔 화합물은, 부타디엔, 펜타디엔 및 이소프렌으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 경화성 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 복수의 탄소-탄소 2중 결합을 갖는 탄화수소 화합물(A)은, 1,2-폴리부타디엔 및 3,4-폴리이소프렌으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 경화성 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 복수의 탄소-탄소 2중 결합을 갖는 탄화수소 화합물(A)은, 하기 일반식(1) 또는 (2)로 나타내어지는 모노머를 60질량% 이상 함유하는 폴리머인 것을 특징으로 하는 경화성 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 복수의 탄소-탄소 2중 결합을 갖는 탄화수소 화합물(A)은, 1,2-폴리부타디엔 및 3,4-폴리이소프렌의 측쇄에 탄소-탄소 2중 결합의 부분이 수소 첨가되어 얻어지는 화합물로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 경화성 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 복수의 탄소-탄소 2중 결합을 갖는 탄화수소 화합물(A)은, 1,2-폴리부타디엔 및/또는 3,4-폴리이소프렌의 측쇄에 탄소-탄소 2중 결합의 부분이 수소 첨가되어 얻어지는 화합물로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상; 및1,2-폴리부타디엔 및/또는 3,4-폴리이소프렌으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상을 포함하는 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 경화성 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 복수의 탄소-탄소 2중 결합을 갖는 탄화수소 화합물(A)은, 1,2-폴리부타디엔 및/또는 3,4-폴리이소프렌의 측쇄에 탄소-탄소 2중 결합의 부분이 수소 첨가되어 얻어지는 화합물로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상을 5~80질량%; 및1,2-폴리부타디엔 및/또는 3,4-폴리이소프렌으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상을 20~95질량% 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경화성 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 탄소질 재료(B)는, 천연 흑연, 인조 흑연, 확장 흑연, 카본 블랙, 탄소 섬유, 기상법 탄소 섬유 및 탄소 나노튜브로 이루어지는 1종 또는 2종 이상의 조합물로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 경화성 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 탄소질 재료(B)는, 1g/cm3의 탄소질 재료의 벌크 밀도가 제공되도록 상기 탄소질 재료가 가압된 상태에 있어서, 가압 방향에 대하여 직각 방향에서의 분말 전기 비저항이 0.1Ωcm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 경화성 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 탄소질 재료(B)는, 0.05질량%~10질량%의 붕소를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경화성 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 반응성 모노머(C)를 더 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경화성 조성물.
- 제 1항 내지 제 14항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 경화성 조성물을 경화시킴으로써 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 내열수성 도전성 경화물.
- 제 15항에 있어서, 160℃ 이상의 Tg 및 JIS K 6911에 따라 30MPa 이상의 굽힘 강도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 내열수성 도전성 경화물.
- 제 15항 또는 제 16항에 있어서, 30mm×30mm×3mm의 크기를 갖는 경화 생성물의 시험편이 168시간 동안 180℃에서 내열수성 시험이 실시되는 경우, +1.5%~-1.5%의 범위의 질량 변화율을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 내열수성 도전성 경화물.
- 제 1항 내지 제 14항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 경화성 조성물을 경화함으로써 얻어진 내열수성 성형체에 있어서,하나 이상의 기체용 플로우 채널이 한측 또는 양측에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내열수성 성형체.
- 제 1항 내지 제 14항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 경화성 조성물을 경화 및 성형함으로써 얻어진 연료 전지 세퍼레이터로서,하나 이상의 기체용 플로우 체널이 한측 또는 양측에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 전지 세퍼레이터.
- 160℃ 이상의 Tg 및 JIS K 6911에 따른 30MPa 이상의 굽힘 강도; 및30mm×30mm×3mm의 크기를 갖는 연료 전지 세퍼레이터의 실험편이 168시간 동안 180℃에서 내열수성 실험이 실시되는 경우, +1.5%~-1.5%의 범위로 질량 변화율을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 전지 세퍼레이터.
- 제 18항에 기재된 성형체는, 압축 성형, 트랜스퍼 성형, 사출 성형 또는 사출 압축 성형 중 어느 하나로 제작되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내열수성 성형체의 제작방법.
- 제 19항에 기재된 연료 전지 세퍼레이터는, 압축 성형, 트랜스퍼 성형, 사출 성형 또는 사출 압축 성형 중 어느 하나로 제작되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 전지 세퍼레이터의 제작방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 14항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 경화성 조성물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 전지용 경화성 조성물.
- 1,2-폴리부타디엔의 측쇄의 탄소-탄소 2중 결합의 3-90몰%를 수소 첨가하여 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 일부분 수소 첨가된 1,2-폴리부타디엔.
- 3,4-폴리이소프렌의 측쇄의 탄소-탄소 2중 결합의 3-90몰%를 수소 첨가하여 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 일부분 수소 첨가된 3,4-폴리이소프렌.
