Claims (7)
- 직경이 작은 입자에서 큰 입자로 더해지는 누적 중량이 50%일 때 측정되는 흑연 분말의 최대 크기를 평균 직경으로 할 때, 그 평균 직경이 140 내지 160㎛인 흑연 분말 70~80 중량부;카본파이버 3~10 중량부;마그네슘옥사이드, 알루미늄옥사이드, 칼슘옥사이드 및 이들 중에서 선택된 2종 이상의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 금속 산화물 1~5 중량부; 및비닐에스테르수지, 페놀수지 및 에폭시 수지 중 선택된 2종 이상의 혼합물로 이루어진 물질군에서 선택되는 열경화성수지 10~30 중량부;를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자전해질형 연료전지용 분리판 형성용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 카본파이버의 직경은 5~8㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자전해질형 연료전지용 분리판 형성용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 카본파이버의 길이는 35~140㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자전해질형 연료전지용 분리판 형성용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 금속산화물의 입경은 50~150㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자전해질형 연료전지용 분리판 형성용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 고분자전해질형 연료전지용 분리판 형성용 조성물은 디큐밀퍼옥사이드(DCP), 벤조일퍼옥사이드(BOP), 디터셔리부틸퍼옥사이드(DTBP) 및 이들 중에서 선택된 2종 이상의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 경화개시제를 더 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자전해질형 연료전지용 분리판 형성용 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 선택된 한 항에 따른 고분자전해질형 연료전지용 분리판 형성용 조성물로부터 형성된 고분자전해질형 연료전지용 분리판.
