Claims (18)
- A) 중심축(2), 대퇴골의 골수공간(medullary canal)내로 삽입될 수 있는 전면부(front portion: 3), 후면부(rear portion: 4), 세로축(2)에 대해 비스듬하게 후면부(4)를 통과하는 비원형 단면(6)을 가지는 통로(5)를 구비하는 골수내고정 핀 (intramedulllary pin);B) 비원형 통로(5)를 통과할 수 있고, 전단부(front end: 11), 후단부(rear end: 12), 중앙 세로 구멍(13), 외부 재킷 표면(14), 내부 재킷 표면(15) 및 세로축(16)을 가지는 슬라이딩 슬리브;C) 세로축(21), 사용 중에 대퇴골 머리를 체결할 수 있는 고정 수단(23)을 가지는 머리 부분(22) 및 슬라이딩 슬리브(10) 내에 동축으로 삽입될 수 있는 샤프트(24)를 구비하는 세로 뼈 고정 부재(longitudinal bone fixing element)를 포함하고, 여기서D) 슬라이딩 슬리브(10)의 외부 재킷 표면(14)은 적어도 일부에 비원형 단면(17)을 갖고;E) 슬라이딩 슬리브(10)의 내부 재킷 표면(15)은 둥근 단면(38)을 가지며;F) 잠금 수단(30)이 슬라이딩 슬리브(10) 내에서의 세로 뼈 고정 부재(20)의 회전을 선택적으로 블로킹하기 위해 취부되는 대퇴골 골절 치료용 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 샤프트(24)의 자유단(27)에 구멍(bore: 25)이 세로축(21)과 동축으로 취부되고, 바람직하게 내측 나삿니(26)를 가지는 구멍이 취부되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 잠금 수단(30)이 직경이 D인 나사 머리(screw head) 및 직경이 d이고 외측 나삿니를 가지는 나사 생크(screw shank)를 포함하고, D > d인 고정 나사(fixing screw)인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 나사 생크(33)의 외측 나삿니(32)는 세로 뼈 고정 부재(20)의 샤프트(24)의 구멍(25)의 내측 나삿니(26)와 들어맞고, 나사 머리(31)가 슬라이딩 슬리브(10)의 후단부(12)에 닿을 때까지 구멍(25) 안으로 나사고정될 수 있으며, 잠금 수단(30)으로 기능하는 고정 나사를 더 조이면 세로 뼈 고정 부재(20)와 슬라이딩 슬리브(10) 사이에 강제-잠금 연결(forced-locked connection)이 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 세로 뼈 고정 부재(20)의 샤프트(24)가 회전가능하나 축방향으로는 고정되도록 슬라이딩 슬리브 내에 탑재되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 세로 뼈 고정 부재(20)의 샤프트(24)는 제 1 환상 그루브(a first annular groove)(28)를 가질 수 있고 슬라이딩 슬리브(10)의 내부 재킷 표면(15)에는 제 2 환상 그루브(19)가 형성되어 슬라이딩 슬리브(10) 내의 샤프트(24)의 축방향 변위를 블로킹하는 부재(40)가 두 개의 환상 그루브들을 체결하는 링(ring) 형태로 취부되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 슬라이딩 슬리브(10)의 후단부(12)는 세로 뼈 고정 부재(20)의 샤프트(24)의 자유단(27)을 지나 특정한 양 x 만큼, 바람직하게 적어도 0.01 ㎜ 만큼 돌출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 샤프트(24)의 자유단(27) 상에 외측 나삿니(29)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 상기 잠금 수단(30)이 샤프트(24)의 외측 나삿니(29)에 들어맞는 내측 나삿니(34)를 가지는 너트(nut)인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1항 내지 제 9항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 통로(5)의 비원형 단면(6)이 불완전한 원형 아크(partial circular arcs) 형태의 주변부 단면(peripheral part-sections)을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1항 내지 제 10항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 세로 뼈 고정 부재(20)의 고정 수단(fixing means)(23)이 나선형 블레이드(helical blade), 바람직하게 더블 나선형 블레이드인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1항 내지 제 11항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 고정 수단이 나사의 나삿니(screw thread), 치즐 (chisel), 핀, T-섹션 또는 더블 T-섹션(T-double section)인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1항 내지 제 12항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 세로 뼈 고정 부재(20)의 머리 부분(22)이 멀티-스타트 스레드(multi-start thread), 바람직하게 포-스타트 스레드(four-start thread)로 제작되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1항 내지 제 13항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 머리 부분의 나삿니가 적어도 50 ㎜, 바람직하게 적어도 80 ㎜의 피치를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1항 내지 제 14항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 고정 나사 또는 너트 형태로 구현되는 잠금 수단은 통로(5)에 대해 축방향 스톱(axial stop)으로 기능할 수 있는 크기인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1항 내지 제 15항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 세로 뼈 고정 부재(20)가 고관절 나사인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1항 내지 제 15항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 세로 뼈 고정 부재(20)가 나선형 나사인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1항 내지 제 17항 중 어느 하나의 장치에 사용되는 골수내고정 핀으로서, 중심축(2), 대퇴골의 골수공간(medullary canal)내로 삽입될 수 있는 전면부(3), 후면부(4), 세로축(2)에 대해 비스듬하게 후면부(4)를 통과하는 비원형 단면(6)을 가지는 통로(5)를 구비하고 상기 통로(5)의 비원형 단면(6)이 불완전한 원형 아크(partial circular arcs) 형태의 주변부 단면(peripheral part-section)을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 골수내고정 핀.
