Claims (8)
- 적어도, 세라믹 및/또는 금속으로 이루어지는 골재 입자 원료, 물, 유기 바인더, 조공제 및 콜로이드 입자를 혼합하여 배토를 형성하는 단계와; 상기 배토를 유체의 유로로 되는 복수의 셀을 갖는 허니컴형으로 성형하는 단계와; 상기 배토를 건조시켜 허니컴 성형체를 얻는 단계와; 상기 허니컴 성형체를 가소성(假燒成)함으로써 가소성체를 형성하는 단계와; 그 후에 상기 가소성체를 본소성(本燒成)함으로써 다공질 허니컴 구조체를 얻는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공질 허니컴 구조체의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배토가 상기 골재 입자 원료 100 질량부에 대하여, 0.1 내지 10 질량부의 콜로이드 입자를 함유하는 것인 다공질 허니컴 구조체의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 배토가 상기 골재 입자 원료 100 질량부에 대하여 알칼리 금속 환산치로 0.01 내지 10 중량부에 해당하는 알칼리금속원을 함유하는 것인 다공질 허니컴 구조체 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나의 항 있어서, 골재 입자 원료가 코디어라이트 원료, 멀라이트, 알루미나, 알루미늄 티타네이트, 리튬 알루미늄 실리케이트, 탄화규소, 질화규소 및 금속규소로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 성분을 포함하고, 그 성분의 질량의 합계가 상기 골재 입자 원료의 전체 질량에 대하여 50 질량% 이상을 차지하는 것인 다공질 허니컴 구조체의 제조 방법.
- 적어도, 세라믹 및/또는 금속으로 이루어지는 골재 입자 원료, 물, 유기 바인더, 조공제 및 콜로이드 입자 함유하는 배토에 의해서 구성되고, 유체의 유로로 되는 복수의 셀을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 허니컴 성형체.

- 제5항 내지 제7항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 골재 입자 원료가 코디어라이트 원료, 멀라이트, 알루미나, 알루미늄 티타네이트, 리튬 알루미늄 실리케이트, 탄화규소, 질화규소, 및 금속규소로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 성분을 포함하며, 그 성분의 전체 질량이 상기 골재 입자 원료의 전체 질량에 대하여 50 질량% 이상을 차지하는 것인 허니컴 성형체.
