- 금속규소와 비산화물 세라믹 중 적어도 일종을 포함하는 골재 입자 원료, 물, 유기 바인더, 조공제 및 알칼리금속원을, 상기 골재 입자 원료 100 질량부에 대하여 알칼리금속의 환산으로 0.03 ~ 10 질량부에 상당하는 상기 알칼리금속원을 함유하도록 혼합, 혼련하여 배토로 하고, 상기 배토를 유체의 유로로 되는 복수의 셀을 가지는 허니컴 형상으로 성형하여 건조시킴으로써 허니컴 성형체를 얻고, 상기 허니컴 성형체를 가소성(假燒成)함으로써 가소성체로 한 후, 상기 가소성체를 본소성(本燒成)함으로써 다공질 허니컴 구조체를 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공질 허니컴 구조체의 제조 방법.
